Q: can this bag hold a 4000ml drainage bag?

Possibly, my bags are only 2000 in size

Q: how do you run the cath tubing into this bag for female and not have tube go uphill?

I run the cath tubing bag under the wheelchair so that the flow goes down not up. I also have to remember to take the cath bag out of bag holder when leaving the wheelchair.

Q: My father can only use an overnight catheter bag which is large. Can this bag hold it underneath the wheelchair without dragging on the floor?

My father also had to use this bag on his wheelchair for the same reason. It was not too far off the floor but it did not drag. I was so grateful for this solution to hiding his bag.
