In my experience, they did seem to help a bit, especially with some of the urinary annoyance stuff, but I wouldn’t consider them a substitute for proper treatment if things are progressing.I’m actually still taking them, but I’m also on prescription medication now, which has made a bigger difference overall. I look at this more as something supportive rather than a complete solution.The capsules are easy enough to take and I haven’t had any side effects from them.
