Excellent product! Exactly as described and works perfectly. I use mine in conjunction with my pull up bar as part of my upper body workout.

Sturdy piece of workout equipment.
Excellent pull up assist band. I'm 5'2" and this is my second band. My first one (from another brand) could hold more of my weight. This one holds less weight making it so more of my own body is doing the work to help me learn how to do do pull ups by myself. Easy to use. I check it for any rips or tears before use and I use it 2-3 times per week.

Nice quality, I can really stretch it out without feeling like im going to break it. I would be inclined to buy one with more resistance eventually.

Good not great
I have owned this for a few months now and I have noticed the elastic isn't as strong when I first got it. I do store it outside in the sun for part of the day though so that might be the issue. Overall good value though. I use these for banded pull-aparts and assisted pull-ups.
