Professional Finish
Excellent product. It produces a very hard, durable repair for hairline cracks and holes. It is easy to match the colour of the existing surface and the application of the product is straightforward. I have used it to do repairs in three houses with excellent results. One word of advice is to be patient and subject the newly applied product to four to five times the manufacturers recommended duration of UV light to achieve the desired hardness.

Great repair to worksurfaces, etc, but not dishwasher proof
I got this mainly to repair a chunk we knocked out of an acrylic (corian-style) worktop, which it did brilliantly. Wasn't a great colour match, but as it is a mottled appearance you don't see the repair unless you go looking for it. It wouldn't repair shallow scratches though, the repairs soon fell out. I've also repaired some damage to a stone fireplace, which has cracked and some pieces are falling out along the crack. It repaired the big hole well. But for the smaller cracks, the heat expansion has pushed the repairs partly out. I did some lovely repairs to some crockery, but it isn't dishwasher-proof, so they all fell out after a few times through the dishwasher. Some skill is required to carry out these repairs. In particular you will have to sand them off (coarse and fine sandpaper supplied), so if that sounds tricky to you, be warned. You are probably going to spend a couple of hours very carefully doing everything the first time. The UV curing torch has a 2-pin continental plug so you will need a converter socket in UK, etc. You’ll probably also need an extension cord if you can’t take the repair to the socket, as the cable is only about 1m long. I've generally had to expose the repairs for longer than it says. And if the repair is larger than a small spot, you will have to do several exposures. moving about, to cover the whole repair. It says the life of the filler in the tube (ie before use) is about 3 years at room temperature. After opening a tube, the top can be put back on and kept to do later repairs. What isn’t explained is how to clean out the micro-tips that you have to put on the tube when you use them, so as to use them again later. I've used a piece of thin wire to get most of it out, and they have worked again later. You can only cure up to a 1.5mm thickness at a time. Two approaches are possible to thicker repairs. One is to build up several layers of the repair material. Another is use some cheaper filler material for the interior of a deep repair. A suitable filler leaving a good surface for attachment is an epoxy resin glue (eg Araldite, Poxipol) mixed with some sand. I suggest leaving it several times longer than the stated full cure time to ensure it has stabilised before doing the final fill. You can’t use the filler as a glue for joining pieces. If you have knocked a corner or point off something, you aren’t really going to be able to fix that in many cases. What you can do, potentially, is repair with an epoxy resin glue and then later use this to fill any missing chips. Two different kinds of repair material are provided. One is suitable for ceramic, stone, etc. The other is suitable for enamel and acrylic (eg corian). The ceramic filler comes in bone, almond and white. The acrylic filler comes in bone, almond and clear. So in total there are 6 fillers provided. You can mix the fillers to get a better colour match, within their class.2g, or about 2 ml, of each filler is supplied. 12ml in total is quite a lot, but not very much of each individual filler. You could soon run out if you had a large fill requiring just one kind (but see comment above on using something else to under-fill a deep fill). But numerous small chips can be repaired, especially if you were using a mix of different fillers. The bone and almond fillers are rather lighter in colour than I expected. They are comparable to the off-whites commonly used to paint walls rooms. I had some off-white things to repair, and I thought “bone” and “almond” reasonable descriptions, but the fillers are lighter than the items. So probably you could get an excellent colour match to something really very pale, but not so good for darker off-whites.For vertical repairs, it suggests putting the fillers in the fridge (not freezer), to increase the viscosity. The trouble is that they warm up to ambient in moments when you put a tiny amount of filler on a much bigger repair piece. So that is going to be pointless in most cases. They provide strips of some thin clear plastic material, stiff but flexible, which they call “levelling strips.” These help create a flat surface on your repair. They will also help keep the material inside a vertical repair, but only if there isn’t too much of it. So vertical repairs of any size will need building up a little at a time. They suggest you use some masking tape (not provided) to protect the area around the repair. But masking tape has a substantial thickness, and so a repair to the level of the masking tape will sit too high, and need a lot of sanding off. A very thin layer of the filler outside the repair area easily comes off after a few hours. So not to worry if you get some very thin material outside the repair area, it flakes off later.

Might work for some but not me
Pros- good kit with clear instructions. Takes time and patience!- Cures hard and will offer a solution but I can't speak too much on durability. I used on a floor tile and I think it would break up within a yearCons- if you get lucky on the colours and manage to match then you've done well. I found it impossible and it stuck out like a sore thumb (perhaps the chip was too large)- the curing tool doesn't use a UK plug (think it's US) - luckily I had adapters to make it work.

Kit missing item. But manufacturer now sending missing jtem.
One syringe missing so unable to use the kit at the moment as the colour missing is one I need. Have emailed Stowsens. Hopefully they will send immediately. Disappointing and surprising as don’t expect things to be missing! Have emailed and Whats apped as stated on box and website but no response. Very annoying as needed to do repair urgently. Update: did get a reply and item being posted.

Can you spot the repair?
If you can spot the repair, don't buy. If you can't, do. Whether you're convinced or not, for me, it's an acceptable repair. Not perfect, but if you didn't know it was there, you wouldn't notice it. Where I was lucky was that the colour of the almond filler was pretty well exact on the colour of the tile. I've used a similar system on a granite kitchen worktop and the result was perfect. There's always an element of luck with these repairs, but on balance, I'm happy it's gone as well as I could have hoped.

Used it today for the first time
Took a while, but I was able to repair a crack and some holes in the Corian in the shower. Came out pretty good not completely invisible but good enough for company lol

Not good for shower
I bought this to fix my “bath fitter” style shower wall.. it lasted a whole 2 weeks before peeling off the shower wall like cheap nail polish :( super sad.. this had great reviews too.. maybe I got a bad batch . Not sure . Won’t recommend or buy again though

UV light is junk, does work with some issues...
A while ago I had to cut off a faucet handle with a saws-all. The result was the darker picture with the cuts. The Good:This repair saved me about $1000 and the labor of me replacing the countertop. It blends well and seems to be pretty solid. Easy is an understatement. If you do it in layers it works best in larger areas. Just keep building it up/curing/sanding. You'll get there. While this is a great product I was disappointed because the UV light that came with it to cure the stuff was defective. I could only use setting 3. Setting 1 and 2 would shut off. This resulted in me hitting it with the light probably 10 times longer than I would have had to iff the thing worked right. Also, who knows if the cure strength is different?All-in-all $50 vs $1000, I'll take this any damn day.Oh, and I tried buffing with the enclosed buffer wheel and my 30,000 rpm Dremel. That's WAY TOO FAST. Just burns stuff up. Use a low RPM tool, or it might not need buffing.

Good instructions and it works as advertised.
Kitchen counter had chipped on the edge and needed a little patch. Need to play with the color to match.
