Looks great. Well made.

Both have held up well for almost a year, even the one that got bent by the deer I hit. I simply bent it back into shape,put it back on my freshly repaired vehicle, and there is still no corrosion months later. If you have a vehicle like an Edge where the plate is on a door, I suggest some felt furniture pads mounted on the backside towards the bottom to prevent rattling and paint damage.The bottom of the frame is almost high enough to obscure some required plate data (at least in Montana), but if you pay attention while tightening the screws you will have no problem.

It's really well made - solid, heavy gauge metal. Chrome has no imperfections - like a mirror. In California, the stickers go in the top corners of the rear license plate. Mine are perfectly visible. And the size fits perfectly for a CA plate. Plus it is exactly the right size to fit in the front bumper plastic attachment holder on a 2011 Honda Pilot. I got two (front and rear) both look great.Oct 2012 update - a year later: No rust (So Cal car!), but it does not look new and shiny any more - looks like silvery tin with dull whitish spots. It still looks ok, but all of my car's other chrome trim (that came on the car from the factory) still looks shiny and brand new and this one does not look new - looks pretty dull and with whitish spots.

These look nice on my car after months of use.For the people who gave bad reviews....Maybe you should try drying your car? Leaving water on them may cause issues. I wouldn't know since I keep a clean car.Update after nearly 1 year...The two of these I bought still look great! I now for sure know that if this product chipped or peeled or whatever else some people have said on here then its due to them not taking care of the product! Try cleaning your car!!!!NO ISSUES AT ALL!I'm convinced theses are 5 star! Mine still look like new!The photos of customers who had had issues are either untruthful or they AGAIN....Keep a dirty car all the time!Buy with confidence!!

This frame is well worth the cost. It has small tabs on the lower edge to hold the plate tight agaist the frame, even a plate that has an inherent warp, like mine. The finish on mine is flawless; no scratches or rubs were found. My only problem was with the mounting holes; they were too large to allow tightening up the screws, so I added a flat washer between the frame & the plastic cap mounts for the chrome screw caps.

Although it is a bit heavy and doesn't feel cheap, it came with a few nasty scratches even though it was packed well with no possibility of it being scratched during shipment. Thus, it must be due to a flawed production process and lack of quality control. Due to its low cost, I'm not sure whether I should send it back since it looks way better than my corroded dealer-supplied frame. However, it did not meet my expectations. Also disappointing is that it did not come with screws since one of my original screws is rusty and needs replacement.

Attractive piece that compliments my Jeep very well. I also have one on my pickup truck, and another on the 4Runner. Our plates would get bent at the car wash, and this alleviates the issue. Would be 4 stars if it had a slot for the plate to slide into, this one just sits on top of the plate.

For the price it's decent. I would buy again for the price but next time I would spend a little more to get a slightly better product. Only thing I wish I noticed was that there's no screw holes on the bottom. Screws only go on the top. Which results in a rattle noise sometimes when it's on the car as the bottom is not tight and secure.
