Very happy with the quality of this knife. I've put it through a few paces and so far it has exceeded my expectations. It's big enough to get some deep cuts in, but agile enough to do more delicate work. I will say that I have slightly larger than normal hands and it fits the handle perfectly, so smaller hands might have issues. That being said, it's balanced at the point where your pointer finger is so you shouldn't have a problem. Love or hate D2, this is a good knife regardless.

I'm not a fan of kydex so I made a leather sheath for it. I haven't had a chance to use the knife yet, but appears to be just what I was expecting. I'll look forward to using it while camping this spring & summer. It looks like it would be sturdy enough to do about anything I would want it to do.

This is my first knife from off grid and I have to say, I’m beyond impressed. All the great reviews I read were true. It’s big but not too big. Very balanced and freakishly Sharp! The fit and finish on blade, handle and sheath are top notch... I’d expect this to cost much more. I immediately ordered three other knives from off grid and will likely order another one or two of these as gifts.

I really like the D2 material the knife is made of, it is very strong and holds an edge. The fit and finish are perfect.

3 things I was really looking for in a bush knife was it had to be solid, sturdy, and comfortable. This knife is all three! Very well made and I must say my go to knife. Out in the bush a good knife is the most important thing you can have. And you have that with this knife! I recommend this to all my hunting and backpacking buddies!

This is a great knife. Came out of the box sharp (i cut myself). The knife weighs a lot and it is tough taking it out of the sheath. You really have to pull hard to get it out.

Great knife! I love the thickness of the blade. The D2 steel will be a little harder to sharpen, but the edge will also hold longer. I have two knives from Offgrid. This one and another called the Legal Eagle. Both are great knives. I highly recommend!
