I have some older (discontinued) Malibu outdoor lights. I replaced the old incandescent bulbs with these. They fit perfectly and are nice and warm, in addition to being brighter than the old bubs but requiring less power (wattage) overall. It was nice to know that I could "retrofit" my older outdoor lights and not have to buy expensive new lights. This is a much "greener" solution - it uses less energy and I don't have to add to the landfill by keeping my older lights. Plus these bulbs are supposed to last a lot longer than the incandescent bulbs did, so I hope I won't have to replace the bulbs as often as I did.

These are very bright! The LED chips are well protected in a plastic lens material--excellent for outdoor use. Previous T10 style LED lamps I tried did not have that protective lens and failed after a couple years--less than the original incandescent lamps. The lens makes the lamps larger than the original incandescent lamps. The larger lens made it harder to install in a tight fixture. However, the result was worth the effort. I bought another set to replace the remaining bulbs.

These are great. I successfully upgraded our kitchen under-counter 18 watt halogen bulbs with a set of these 3 watt cool running LED lamps. Of course I replaced the halogen power supply with one that would drive these. I selected an LED driver with a 12 VDC, 60W output and all is well. The brightness is on par with the halogens, the color temperature is warm and just right. These lamps have a form-factor that is very similar to their halogen counterparts. Beware, many LED lamps with this electrical specification are much larger. Very pleased. Also, I note they are not DC polarity sensitive. Reversing a lamp - it still works.

These appear to be a good replacement for type 921 bulbs in many landscape lighting fixtures. The base is a little thicker than the glass bulbs, so they don't fit in fixtures with very tight sockets. The brightness and light color of the warm white version is similar to incandescent. Longevity remains to be seen, but overall they give off a very pleasing light.

The first order was great the 6 bulbs replaced the older malibu bulbs and were much brighter. Decided to order again the problem is out of the 6 only 4 were good 2 of the bulbs are defective tried different fixtures to be sure and 2 will not light up not very happy with this second order

If only the chinese LED's could last half as long as advertised. I don't expect these to perform any better based on reviews. Not many choices. If they last a reasonable amount of time I will update my review.

I installed LED bulbs when they first became available, several years ago, in our 12V driveway and back yard light system. The old ones were just little circuit boards that required soldering to widen the connections to get them to connect properly, and they have started to fail. So I bought a six pack of these. They are great: they snap in position very cleanly, with a good amount of resistance so you know the connection is tight, they are much brighter, and the light is beautiful (I like the warmer, 2700 Kelvin color for driveway lights). I liked them so much I bought six more, to replace all our driveway lights.

We bought these to replace the bulbs inside our camper. The old ones would get really hot really fast and we were concerned about them being a fire hazard. These LED ones stay nice and cool, even when left on for a while! They were easy to install, and I bet they will bring down our seasonal electric bill too.
