Not fit for purpose - drips soon after fitting !!!
Very disappointing! Initially I was very pleased with this product - however it soon started to drip and has steadily got worse. Please don't be fooled by the stated five year warranty or the information of the number of times this tap can be used before there are drip issues - simply not true and customer service seems to be a bot - not responding to actual issues raised. If you want to be buying and fitting another tap in less than six months this is the one to go for - otherwise I would steer clear and pay a little bit more for a better quality product. This is simply not fit for purpose - don't waste your money!

What a tap
I didn't realise how much a new tap can change your life. My old tap was very low and splashed water off the sink, this one sprays water out in a controlled manner and is quite high therefore gives you more room to wash dishes.

Cold Valve failure
Cold Valve will not stop dripping, despite attempts to investigate the problem...! 😡 Very annoying drip constant noise unless made to drip onto sponge or cloth. Please respond and advise Thank you BGM
