Update - I have updated my review to 5 stars due to the sellers wonderful customer service! They sent a new warmer which works perfectly and have communicated with me throughout the process to ensure the new warmer arrived and works.Product appears to be inconsistent, I bought 2 of these warmers at the same time. One of which works perfect and I haven’t had any issues with.However the second one I received, only worked for 1 day, after that day it stopped turning off. I had to remove it from the wall / can’t use it due to the potential fire hazard.Disappointing since the design is pretty and it made the house smell good!

I’ve only had this for a few weeks and it just stopped working. I turn it on for an hour or two everyday and then I turn it off but it will not cut on now. Waste of money.

Used in kitchen and works great just make sure the bulb is screwed in tight.

It makes a great nightlight but other than that it does not burn the wax to keep the smell going it doesn’t melt the wax because it’s not hot enough I don’t know if it’s because of too many openings in the Decour of the product but worst purchase ever

The texture of the outside is a rougher ceramic texture-- I don't know yet if that will be hard to clean if wax spills over the top rim in the case of getting bumped. The top portion, where the wax sits, is glazed and smooth as expected. The decorative pattern on this one is cut out, which is fine, but from the product photos I thought it was a thinner white part of the porcelain that made the pattern, which is how another one that I own is made. It's very pretty, especially with the light on. It doesn't seem to get super hot, at least not very quickly. I have a few other wax warmers, wall ones that go in the outlets, and a bigger one with a cord, and they are Scentsy brand and they seem to be a little hotter than this one. The wax seems to melt a little more slowly, but that could be a good thing. Packaging is nice enough for gifting.

I got this in September. It broke randomly when I unplugged it (in December) to change the light bulb.

This is so easy to use and works just as good if not better than my scentsy warmer for half the price! The size is great and i highly recommend this product!
