So I’m a huge fan of PIXI, I’ve been using the PIXI Glow Tonic Toner for over a year now and absolutely love it, so I was excited to try this Pixi Beauty Glow Tonic Cleansing Gel out.It’s definitely gel, it doesn’t foam at all, which isn’t a deal breaker but I don’t LOVE it. It smell’s EXACTLY like their Glow Tonic Toner and their Glow Mist (and their other “glow” products - that almost rose like scent). It took me a while to get used to the scent from the toner as I wasn’t the biggest fan, but now I’m used to it. So if you have never tried their products before, it’s not a BAD scent, just a powerful scent and one you might have to “learn to love” haha.BUT - Those are just MINOR things. The main issues are:1. It does NOT take my makeup off. AT ALL! And I wear very minimal makeup (just some tinted spf and some foundation, that’s all). And it just does not take it off. I like cleansers that clean my makeup off as well, but with this cleanser I have to take my makeup off prior to cleansing. Which might not be a deal breaker to some people, but it is for me. Just an extra unnecessary step, especially since SO many other cleansers work well cleaning your make up off.2. If it doesn’t clean my makeup off, how well is it really cleansing my face?? Truthfully, even taking my makeup off prior to cleansing with this cleansing gel, my face doesn’t feel super clean. It’s so hard to describe, but it just doesn’t feel clean at all!3. I’ve had some breakouts since I’ve been using this cleanser. I don’t think it’s a reaction to the cleanser itself, I truthfully think it’s because it’s not really cleansing my face well at all. I do have pretty sensitive skin, but I can tell the difference between a reaction to a product and my face just not being cleansed properly.I’m pretty disappointed and I absolutely LOVE Pixi products, but unfortunately, this Pixi Beauty Glow Tonic Cleansing Gel is a huge fail, in my opinion. Definitely would not recommend at this point and would not order again. I will continue to use their other products, but not this cleansing gel.If for some reason I change my mind and end up loving it, I will absolutely come back and update my review!!

I like that all three of the products came pretty fast. The forth product came at a later date. But it’s all good. I just got confused when I didn’t receive all four of them in the first package. Thank you very much. CB NYC
