While the product I ordered was very nice and nothing wrong with it, I bought a few items to choose which I liked best, with the intention to return one of them. It mentions on the site you have to pay for the return postage which I think is fair enough. A month after returning an item I realised I hadn’t received any refund, therefore queried this, shared my proof of return etc. I eventually received the refund minus both the shipping out, shipping back plus VAT. This meant losing 40% of the cost of the item purchased. I have shared feedback that this wasn’t clear on their page anywhere, I wasn’t aware I’d be charged postage both ways plus VAT. If so, I would have gifted the item rather than returning it or perhaps wouldn’t have bought it at all since I knew I was buying a few items to see them, then choose what to keep. Just providing this feedback as a warning as I don’t feel this was a great customer experience.

I never usually leave reviews & absolutes don’t like to leave 1 stars but this item arrived today & it didn’t include any sage whats so ever so I’m returning which is a disappointment as the shell & feather are nice (albeit the shell is smaller than I thought).I can’t see anywhere to contact the seller regarding no sage so I’ll be returning & reordering off another supplier

Pic with glasses case to show size. Sage a different cut/ shape than advertised, shell quite small, feather a bit bashed looking. However does what it says, and it is all there. I just thought it would be a better quality for the price.

My one dislike about this product was there was no warning was that if the smudge stick was alight and rested in the shell that it would burn.So much so that it burnt the table underneath. So be careful.

Everything was great and arrived sooner than expected. My mom was over the moon with her gift. Thankyou
