Amazing company!
I did not receive the order I placed at first (which was completely an Amazon mistake, not a company mistake) and these guys shipped me a replacement of my order at no charge! How’s that for a 5 star company! Thank you Bert’s Beer Baster!

Hop water sort of, but mellower.
So I am trying to practice a bit of moderation. I love the flavor of hops and piney resinous drinks. Like a good botanical gin, I tried tea and other drinks but hops and juniper berries seem to be my bag. So I tried this, ordered a bottle and chose the wrong address left in my account from a gift, so my brother received a bottle as well. FWIW he loved it added it to a light beer and said it improved its flavor a bunch.I tried mine in some sparkling water while the flavor is obvious, and the scent is great the potency is a little weak, I am up to 10 drops per 12oz and it’s a refreshing drink, it lacks that over the top smack you in the face Hops kick! I do enjoy it and its flavor is perfect I am just working on the ratios. I would recommend them, but hope the 10x the concentration so I can really get after it. Also it works best in citrus flavors, the passion fruit and berry were a bit strange and muddled.

… but not for my hop water
I am betting this is a great product for home brewers, so 5 stars for that. But for my tastebuds, Hop Lark hop water is far superior to a few drops of this in my Sodastream. The aroma was good, but the flavor doesn’t integrate with the water and is medicinal, at least for me. So I will leave this to the brewers and beer drinkers.

Tasty addition to sparkling water
We have been adding a few drops to sparkling water for a refreshing drink.

Just OK
I bought this to make my own hop water using our soda stream. From reading other reviews, I was expecting a much stronger, more concentrated product. It works, but I usually put about 12 drops in each glass of carbonated water, along with a splash of lime juice, but even then it's only lightly hoppy to me.

Wonderful aroma, but zero taste
I got this to try to make my own hop water using my Soda Stream. The Beer Baster makes the water smell AMAZING, but there is no flavor. I think it's intended to simply give the "essence" of hops rather than the actual flavor. If you just want to use it as intended, to give your beer a hoppy aroma, then it's probably awesome. I was hoping to basically create a non-alcoholic IPA replacement. Oh well.

Hop water
In case anyone is wondering, a few drops of this into carbonated water tastes exactly the same as the hop water that sells for $11.00/six pack. I bought it for this purpose rather than adding to beer and it works great. Great flavor and potency.

Waste of dollars
Nothing like the prior product I used to buy. This has a slight aroma and nothing tastewise. I'd have to use a large amount of the bottle to get anything out of it.
