Does this help with set in stains that have been treated yet failed? I was using oxy clean but it hasnt worked well on my kids constantly stained clot

I have not pretreated fabrics prior the use of Tech Stain Remover. I do think highly of this product though. I can say, stay diligent in treating in several applications. Many layered applications ‘seals/the-bid’ of removal.

Would this work on urine odor on leather chair?

Doubt it. It is a stain remover only.

Can I use on a small mattress stain without removing color from mattress?

You should be able to do that. I have never had a problem with this cleaner removing color from anything I've used it on. If the stain has been there a while, just know that this cleaner is very good at removing it, but it is NOT instantaneous. I often find that I need to reapply (keep it damp) while gently rubbing the stain area, multiple times until the stain is gone. Works better if you have a backup cloth/rag under the stained cloth, but that isn't possible on a mattress. Still should work okay.
