Not sure what the long term side effects are or the benefits, but some big buff dood at the gym recommended this. He said he stopped taking steroids and only takes this stuff with creatine. It seems to be working as he is strong as an ox. I’ve been drinking this stuff when I’m not going to the gym in lieu of a Diet Coke or any other drinks. It’s beyond delicious. This is my 2nd order of this product and I need to order another one soon. Enjoy!!!

I have been using this product for about a month now and can say i'm a believer! I have always been one to criticize and not be fooled by majority of the products in the supplements world. But having seen results so far from this product, have made me a follower of BPI sports. The taste of Grape flavor is amazing, and yes it is sweet, but nothing a little more water can't fix. Most other products leave an expired children's cough syrup and gritty taste in my mouth, but not BPI Best BCAA. I will definitely try other flavors after i run low on grape, as i have already started using the Creatine product as well (Snowcone flavor, mmmm.) Many other supplements left me feeling either jittery or with an uneasy stomach. Not BPI, i get what i need from these products and no side effects whatsoever. If you've been burned by other supplements before, let me assure you from my experience, that BPI is a great way to go.

Incredible performance. This is my first experience with BPI Best BCAA Grape and I loved it. Performance was slightly superior to Labrada BCAA Power however it was much sweeter and grainier. It dissolved but I'm an OCD-like shaker of BCAAs and noticed settling. I thought the grape flavor was good but I realized I needed to cut it in my 16oz Kleen Kanteen and roll with 1.5/1.25 scoops per 16oz. I thought this excelled when used DURING my workouts. That is when I noticed the edge against Labrada. For Context: I workout 3x per week in high-intensity group fitness classes. 4x personal training sessions per month (well, sometimes). I generally try to stay active. I also enjoy craft beer and when the extra Toasty Cheez-It hit the market I went bananas but I digress.... Net: Grape is good. Cut the serving to cut the sweetness.

This is, hands down, my favorite BCAAs and BPI has been my preferred supplement source for a few years now. These were actually the first ever BCAAs I had bought when I first began lifting and, after trying a handful of other companies' products, I've found this one to be the best. I use it as an intra-workout supplement and I have found it to help in my endurance as well as my recovery. Mixes well, tastes great, and does the job. Can't beat that! Highly recommend.

ok this stuff has a really good taste i got the grape flavor.If you make it to strong meaning not enough water it has a weird after taste but if you put in enough water "I put 1 scoop into a 2.2L jug) then the after taste is non existent and it taste like gatorade.AS far as muscle soreness recovery i havent been taking it consistent enough to notcie the benefits but i will start taking it regularly and give a update on it after my cut.

This product is AWESOME! It helps me mostly with muscle recovery. I started using it after trying a sample from a friend and I realized that my muscles didn't feel as achy as they normally would and I felt a lot more energetic after working out. Oh yeah and the taste was surprisingly good!

Great flavor, does the trick, easy to mix, great price.

FP flavor -> 8/10 Grape flavor -> 9/10 Dissolvability -> 4/10 The fruit punch tastes pretty good, but not quite as good as the grape IMO. The flavor is a bit more tart. Also, no matter how long I stir it, all of the particles are still there (which isn't that big of a deal). Make sure you use cold water with this, as it makes it taste 100x better. If you pour the water before putting the mix in, it seems to mix better. I train fasted in the morning, so this product really gives me that extra energy I need for my workout.
