Can u put In oven instead of microwave?

no I heat it in pan with water on simmer

Has anyone used this for hot (warm) therapy? how did it go? how long in the microwave? no instructions that i see on the package for this.

for pleasant sensations, heat the mask in the microwave, no more than 10 seconds.

Says in pack i can't freeze it but on amazon says you can freeze!! i want to freeze it!! can it be put in freezer???

I suggest keeping it in the freezer for no more than 20 minutes for your comfort.

Does the cloth side or gel side touch the face

I use both. The plastic side is colder than the cloth side. Think of a baggie filled with ice cubes with or without a wash cloth buffer.
