Mine broke in 4 months. Used it most weekdays for tea. I really like the concept of this design, but ultimately, it was too much of a hassle.1. Cleaning it a pain because there are too many parts. See picture for what I mean.2. It is not practical to take the o-rings out daily to clean and they get moldy/black quick (since water gets trapped underneath it). The o-rings go on each side of the plastic (colored pink) middle piece.3. The volume of water it holds is odd, like 7 oz. I say odd because I have a Keurig machine that dispenses in increments of 6oz, 8oz, 10oz and 12oz. 6oz is too little for me, so I like to get the full 7oz. But I have to stand there and wait to shut it off manually so it won’t overfill.4. It broke! The bottom glass is double sided glass that I assume has a vacuum to help keep the tea warm. It works, but I bumped the top of the glass (I guess) because there is a tiny hole and now the bottom glass side fills with water. It’s practically trash now.5. The top (smaller) glass is not double paned, so when you flip the bottle over to steep it does get hot. This isn’t really a complaint, just an observation.Would I buy it again? Definitely not.

Overall, like this tea glass but wish it can be little bit larger, say, 24oz. Used it exclusively at work and my green tea taste just like using it from tea set:=))

First impressions: the product container was completely destroyed when I opened the mailer (pictured). I am honestly shocked that my bottle didn't arrive broken. Right off the bat, I noticed some discoloration on the metal mesh strainer (pictured) that doesn't seem to go away after washing. I decided to leave out the plastic piece with the heart on it and invert the mesh strainer (pictured) and that works just as well. The idea of that little plastic piece sitting in hot water just didn't sit well with me as the informational product insert mentions ABS plastic which I believe is not BPA free. As far as actual use goes: the smaller compartment that is not double walled does get pretty hot but not enough to burn, just as a warning. So far, though, I am liking this little bottle overall. (Emphasis on little) I just wish the drinking capacity were greater because I drink A LOT of tea. I think this will be perfect for work though!

Cute little bottle, but it was made of some sort of plastic that they didn't take the time to clean up or sand down. There were tons of these little plastic flakes that you have to scrub out or pick at yourself. No exactly what I expected.

This is now my go to tea mug. Saves me the hassle of using a separate strainer. I only wish it's a bit larger capacity.

I wanted a mug with a build in infuser that is easy to use, easy to clean, and allows for controlling steeping time. This mug hit all these points. Additionally, you can use the same tea leaves for 1-2 more brews.The micro mesh filter does not allow for any tea bits to leak through, which was a major issue with another mug I tried (and returned after one use). I cannot recommend this mug enough...ended up buying more to give out as presents.

I am used to large cups and they hold more than 14 ounces - I know the Keurig will not fill my cup when on grande setting - I have used this in my vehicle several times and pleased with it - It does a good job of making the tea - I had to adjust the amount of tea I am used to using due to amount of water it holds - I would purchase again
