These are my favorite new shoes! They are so cute and they compliment your style whether it’s dressy or casual. I stood in these for 2 hours straight yesterday and my feet were thankful! The removable insole is great. The only reason I rate a 4 instead of 5 was because of the zipper. It is very hard to move so I just wiggled my feet in so I wouldn’t have to worry about closing the zipper after the shoes were on my feet. Sizing is perfect for both width and length. And the price was nice for such a cute and comfy shoe with support!

I bought an 8.5 which is my true size. However, I'm returning for an 8 med. The toe box is a little big. Otherwise they are a nice shoe.

I had to return because the fit was narrower than expected but otherwise it looked like exactly what I wanted. Comfort and cool disguised as something I could wear to work without getting a lipcurl for being too laid back. THe returns process was simpler and way more efficient than I expected. For years I've been gifting amazon products that weren't quite right because I thought it would be way too much effort to return. But no, this was super easy and efficient and the refund was processed in lightening speed. I was really impressed with the returns process, even though the shoe didn't fit. A happy ending but not exactly Cinderella.

One of my biggest concerns before buying these booties was the fact that so many people mentioned that the sole started to split within a few months to a year. Since I've only had them for a few weeks, I can't speak to that, but I can't say that they are a bit on the narrow side, so be mindful of that. Also, the zipper in the back of the boot is a pain to zip up and down.I actually wore these on a travel day where I did quite a bit of walking in the airport, and once they broken a little and conformed to the shape of my feet, they were very comfy. I'm holding out. Hope that these last for a while.
