Overall it's a good product BUT the shoulder straps are rough and a bit uncomfortable not sure if it's just a fluke. They changed the harness a bit and haven't updated the photo D Ring is in a different place than advertised more than that (very disappointed with that)

This is a great harness for my service dog...especially during the summer for minimal coverage to keep cool.

Wish the straps were wider and padded. Also the d rings where you snap the handle are a bit small. But over all it works okay.

The ability to fit for your Dog is very easy and it's also really easy to put on with only only 1 Buckle to attach. For Hot Weather areas, this is Super Wonderful. However, I have a Medium 2 Coat 120 lb. German Shepherd Service Dog who always gets sores under her arms from the Belts that reach from the Chest to the Belly. I generally have to use a Sherpa Belt Cover and was hoping to eliminate the need for that with this Harness because it seemed as though the belt was placed much further back from the underarm of the Dog. It is not. I will still need to use a Sherpa Cover (which slip and slide) for this Harness so I'm a bit disappointed. If your Dog's underarm isn't reddened and bothered by the Belts than this Harness is a 5 plus for sure ! I also believe that this is made for Dog's who are very well trained and in control such as Real Service Dogs and Working Dogs who adhere to voice commands. It is not a Training Harness in my opinion.

I bought this for my service dog! The patches on the sides are the best feature. It’s a little flimsy.

Sturdy and great for hot weather

I was so excited to get this because it had most of the features that I was looking for, but was EXTREMELY disappointed & returned it. I was surprised to find that the webbing straps felt very rough, course, & stiff. I have never run across webbing that felt as bad as this one. Due to it having the hard to find features that I wanted I went ahead & tried it on & fitted it properly to my dog (a Lab/Shepherd). As soon as she starting walking she kept jumping & looking at her side like it was hurting her (She has used & tried on many styles of harnesses & vest & never seen her do this before). Also, the handle sets very low against the harness not allowing much clearance for your hand, scraping your hand against the D ring & rough webbing. The webbing that's turned under the handle to be sewn on the webbing strap had such a hard pointed edge on it that it even left a scratch mark on my hand. I LOVE the design, but softer webbing needs to be used & would love to see padding on it for the comfort of my dog. This webbing had a very cheap feel to it, yet nearly $50 is not a cheap price. Also, I would like to see a taller handle & would love to see it come in a choice of colors. I would recommend buying a Blue 9 Balance Harness ($50) & making modifications to it to add the extra features, or if you prefer a cheaper option go to Petco & buy a Good2Go Reflective harness ($25) & again modify with the extra features that you need such as D-rings, handle, padding, & area for a patch/patches. I found D-rings, webbing for a handle, & heavy fleece for around $7. Walmart sells clear ID holders for around $2 & velcro can be purchase cheap most anywhere. If you want quality without having to go to the trouble of making your own modifications then I recommend buying a custom harness off of Etsy.

It gets really hot where we live and this has been the perfect harness for my service dog. I use the back piece to attach a bigger patch.The suggested fit was awesome, I have a Doberman. The service dog patches on the side are easy for others to see without having those horrible, super over the top vests and capes.
