Can't Beat the Quality of Genuine Toner
We only buy toner from the brand that makes the printer, having been burned by 3rd party toner in the past. The genuine Lexmark toner was just what we needed - excellent print quality and confidence in our printer working its best. Would buy again.

The box looked like it circled the globe. This is not new toner, perhaps a customer return, but certainly not new and not indicated as such in the listing!!!!

Incorrect labeling
This states on description that it will fit MS821 and it will not. tried several times yesterday to fit and finally had to call Lexmark- 2 different reps said this will not fit MS821- it won't allow printer to print. And now I am being told I can't return or exchange the $339 cartridge because of time. Well I just finally needed to replace the toner. Order was shipped on 12/20/2019 and never had been opened until yesterday. I planned to order the correct model based on the Lexmark instructions. I planned to order from Amazon but if I can't return this one- pretty sure that I will not. Very Disappointed if not credited for the return

Excellent customer service
cartridge was not compatible with our printer as we gor an error code message. Company was great though and looked after us.

Very bad printing quality
After using it for almost 1000 pages it started to fade out and you can hardly see the print outNot recommended

Quality spotty
Works well most of the time. 1 or 2 sheets out of 50 comes out with dark streaks. Not enough to make me return the cartridge but a bit annoying.
