Ordered this and delivered next day used it for the first time on a hike over the hill filled the flask at 7am and had my first drink out of it at 1pm and my coffee was still hot next drink at 3.30pm and was hot enough to drink I really think this is a good item reading some previous review I can say this did not leak and I like the carrying sleeve it must help to keep the flask hotter longer hope this helps if your thinking of getting a neat companion act flask !

Excellent product

Great item ! Just the right size, works great and easy to carry.

It is a nice flask but after using it for about two weeks, the black round lid inside keeps fallen into my drink. It is absolutely horrible (Once the black round lid falls out, my drink will go into the internal area where the spring located for flipping up the lid - that hole is very hard to clean). Basically, once it falls out into the drink, then you can't drink it anymore. This is quite sad that I didn't expect I would have no reply from seller after contacting them. Now it is too late for me to request a refund or return the product. Bad design, bad service....... disappointed!!

Acceptable Quality.

Bought this for making baby formula when out, it keeps the water boiling for a considerable amount of time, at least 7 hours, I forgot to empty it once and left it till the next day and though it was not boiling it was still hot/warm. So I’m quite impressed.

This little flask is brilliant, I'm delighted with it. It holds enough milk for several cups of tea and cereal in work and it keeps it cold. Also the design is very good because you can flip the spout to pour and don't have to fully open the top but is completely leak proof. I would definitely recommend!

I have used many thermos for carrying tea for my office but there is always an issue. This thermos has all the attributes it is supposed to like keeping my tea hot for a long time like more than 5 hours or more (if I do not open it). It never spill single drop while carrying. It is best to use your own disposable glass or tea cup because once you use its cup, you do not want to use it again unless wash it.

I like to have cold water beside my bed in case I get thirsty. This thermos really does keep the water cold for more than 12 hours. Sometimes it is a little difficult to get the ice cubes in, but that is not a real problem.

Was great for the first 3 months, but after that it got rusty/stained from the inside and it started leaking, heat retention also seems to be short.

Perfect for me when I go walking and want to have a coffee, a good size and weight to carry..highly recommended
