This is Brittains Hogan's Heroes only much funnier. Once again the Nazi's are as dumb as a box pf rocks and the Gestapo are the dumbest of all. At times I laughed so hard I ended up in coughing fits.

To be clear: the show itself is easily five stars. I would give it six if I could. But this box set is one of the most poorly produced I have ever purchased. Cheap, shoddy paper dvd holders. I tried to watch the episodes on disc one. An episode got hung up and wouldn’t play. Locked my Blu-ray player up. I took it out, cleaned it, tried it repeatedly and same result. I took a look at several other discs in the package and they all have scratches on them. Such a shame that such a fantastic show has been given such a poor treatment in this box set. If the show is available in its entirety in a different box set, purchase that one. Not this one.

At the time I purchased this series there was only the PAL version that is used in European television stations as opposed to what is used in the United States NTSC. Normally the two systems are incompatible. The discs for one will NOT play in the other device. I looked ahead and purchased a "multiregional" player and as such was able to play these discs. I can say that this series plays well and is funny.

This show is hilarious.

The only issue I had was with my DVD which had a different region code.I was able to unlock the region code on my dvd player and can now play the dvds.Assume to have all the episodes in one box.

Ordered THIS set in red/blue box, 16 CDs, NEW DISCS. . SIX of them would not play through, kept freezing up. Dealer sent me replacement and allowed me to hold onto first set to increase chances of getting 16 good discs. Replacement arrived, started to play the new copies of faulty discs. Of the 4 I played, THREE were defective!!. At that point, I just gave up and returned all of them. The series itself is hilarious! My review refers only to THIS version. Beware.

Delivery was fast. Great quality. The seller was in contact before sale to ensure I had the proper dvd player as this dvd set was formatted for the UK and I am in Canada. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.

I've always been a fan
