Best investment
I ordered this for a sore on my ankle that wouldn’t heal. My dermatologist recommended a certain bandage. They were very expensive.I saw this and thought it would be perfect. It truly was a game changer. Didn’t allow my ankle to hit the mattress at night. Had a great nights sleep with no painIt’s a must for anyone with ankle or heal issues.

This product will keep the foot afloat to prevent pressure sores.
My husband is confined to bed and developed bed sores on his heel + ankle. Tried many different types of pillows to keep his foot elevated, but all of them failed to retain their thickness + flattened. When I saw this product I was willing to give it a try, and purchased one. I am so glad I did!!! It works to keep his foot off the bed all night and is very comfortable for him to also wear all day. His sores are finally healing thanks to this product, and I ordered a second one for his other foot just in case, as well as the pillow to support the leg up to the knee! Highly recommend this, especially for diabetics who are more prone to develop sores... Well worth it.

Beware before using
I purchased this item for my 93 year old mother who has an ankle ulcer. It does elevate the foot/ankle to prevent pressure sores in that area. However, it has the potential to cause an ulcer behind the lower leg where your leg rests on the device. I tested it on myself for 1 night and ended up with a painful bruise in that area. Please exercise caution before using this on your loved ones. You may be trading one problem for another.

Ankle hole way too small
These are a nice option for elevating feet from pressure points however, there are two problems I found. I can only use them 10-15% of the time for my mother due to them causing pressure at the ankle right where the foam is. First, the hole is way too small for a normal ankle and if you leaving it slightly open with the adjustable velcro then you create too much pressure at the edges that are open at the velcro line. Second, I believe that the first 1" against the skin should be a much softer foam. I take them off of mom and she has bands of pressure around her skinny ankles. They are excellent for rolling and side sleeping, though. Way better than pillows wedged under or back-only pillows.

not big enough
purchased this following orif surgery on a trimal ankle fracture. the opening in the center is not big enough for the Velcro strap to close. otherwise, great product! has stopped the pressure ulcer on my heel.

Works Very Well
Ordered one of these to help alleviate an episode of gout in the ankle of a bed-bound parent. The product worked very well, so much so that I ordered 2 more. I now use them to alleviate pressure issues on both lower legs of my parent. The covers are soft, the inside supportive and the covers wash very well. They were delivered very quickly and in excellent condition. Would highly recommend this product from this seller!

Too small! And hard. Poor design and choice of foam
I'm a small woman and it's tight enough to cut off my circulation. Plus it's a very firm foam which doesn't soften or have much give to it. The strap with velcro isn't long enough, so it's useless to secure the cushion--of course, it's so tight it's secure anyway, if you can stand to have it on. It's poorly designed for adult use, but it's well made, for the price (the reason it gets two stars; otherwise it would get one).

Foot Elevation Pillow, Ankle Ring
I like it a lot, but would give 4.5 Stars if I could. The only negatives I have are: as a side sleeper this causes me to place my other foot in an awkward position, & since I am a "big girl" I have difficulty placing it easily on my ankle. That's not the product's problem though, it's mine!
