FlexfitMen's One Size Delta Seamless Cap, Maroon, Large-X-Large

When I got this hat in the mail I thought "Eh, this is not what I had in mind at all." But once I tried it on, I was sold! This is the 4th Flexfit hat I've purchased, but this is the first from the Delta line and the best fit so far. Other reviewers have said that the Delta hats run small, but I couldn't disagree more. Typically with Flextfit hats I feel like they take a while to break in and loosen up. In fact, they usually give me a headache the first few times worn, but not the Delta. It's snug but not too tight. I wore it for hours right out of the box and no headache. Feels like a fitted cap. The reason I initially didn't like it is because of the material. It's super thin and almost feels like that wicking material used in sportswear. It is thin, but it's definitely tough, and it looks just like a regular cap when on--I was worried it might look too casual. (A strange thing to thinks about a ball cap, I know, but sometimes I like to dress it up a tad). Again, not what I expected, but I really have found myself liking this cap a whole lot. In fact, I think I'm going to get another one in a different color. Oh, one last thing: The hat is SUPER BREATHABLE. Although you can't tell by looking at it, when you hold it up to the light, you can see micro perforations in the material that allow for airflow. While I haven't worn this in the heat yet, I imagine this hat with be awesome in the summer.

Really nice hat. Subtle pattern helps hide sweat marks. Main fabric has a very subtle (Micro)perforation that normal Delta fabric does not. You can’t see directly, but is detectable when holding it up to light.Unfortunately, I have to reiterate the fact that it RUNS SMALLER than other flexfit L/XL sized hats.I have a HUGE head, and usually I can fine tune the XL hats to not give me a headache by making small cuts in the elastic banding. Works in the normal Delta (which are more sweat stain prone) and the most standard flexfit L/Xl models. But this ‘Delta melange’ material is either sewn slightly smaller or stretches slightly less, because no amount of cut-tuning will relieve the tension enough to be comfortable for all day wear.A total bummer, because I love the hat.

Likes:It is black so it will withstand and will not stain if you want to work on something and adjust your hat all is not lost!The fit is not too tight when you initially get a L/XL like every other hat I buy.The material is super clean.The stitches are not seen mostly for an extra smooth finish.Cons:I really can't think of any other than the crown of the hat could be a bit bigger and more domed out when you put it on as it tends to want to pull the back a bit forward like most hats giving the appearance like you could use a propeller in the center of your hat. This goes for all hat makers though it should be built a bit higher in the back for any fitted hat.Conclusion:A damn good hat buy it if you have any doubts.

Great baseball style hat. Fits great, I got the s/m , nice and snug. The olor is awesome, white cammo. Plan on getting some embroidery done on it. Ill buy again and might be a new color.

I like this hat, As its Not Black but More Grey (Melange Charcoal) with a textured look. I have the Black hat from this company that's water proof, which is also nice and I have 3 of those. I don't think this is as waterproof as the other hat they have.- Price is great and I seen this jump around between $10 to $13 and some change- Fitment is good aswellNo ConsLooks nice, fits good. not being able to return it outside of 30 days due to pandemic. pretty lame. hat shape in real life is different than picture. too bulky not a well shaped or fitted hat. don't waste your money. you should be able to leave a half star review or a zero star.

These hats are fantastic! Super light/breathable, and water just beads up and rolls right off. I'm on my second or third right now and will continue to order them. They are my go to hat that I wear everyday and the price just can't be beat. I'm a hat guy, so I've had all the major name brands that cost about 2-3x, and these are much better. They also don't ever seem to stretch out or get ruined. The only flaw I've noticed is a reverse stain effect from sweat. So instead of it turning lighter, you'll get a darkening effect on the fabric that doesn't go away. However this isn't really noticable to other people.

Great hats! I have a big @ss head and I've found that only these type of hats fit me well. On other hats I have to leave em set to the furthest setting and they still sometimes don't fit. So the "one size fits all" I hate them with a passion. These hats come in different styles and will be getting more.

Shipping was fast, the hat does like it says it's flexi fit so it has a band that fits. Coulour very smart and cool. Price reasonable including postage. I ordered 2 as my fiancee has her birthday the week after mine so we are have little break in the lakes so the hats arrived before we went which I am happy for.Only took the picture of mine as I already gave my fiancee hers as a present.Contact left is a good shop for military and outdoor stuff. Would recommend

I like Flexfit hats and have several different styles. I wanted to try this one out because it has some pretty unique features. First off, it feels like wearing a flexible Goretex shell on your head compared to other baseball caps. It's actually better than it might sound. The material feels like a technical rain jacket that also happens to be very flexible and thin and yet it holds it's structure and shape better than the Flexfit Hydro Grid I also bought (and have reviewed).It doesn't have sewn seams (looks like it's hot bonded) and the eyelet holes are laser cut. The head band is different than all my other Flexfit hats and seems to act like a sweat band; it's very soft and much more comfortable. I wore the hat camping this summer and it we had a torrential downpour. It kept my head dry and comfortable in the wet single digit temps, and when the sun came out and it got hotter, it didn't trap the heat inside.On top of that, the hat feels much more premium than the price would suggest. It's much more expensive than other blank Flexfit hats, but I think you get more for the money in the end. I love this hat.

Its stiff cotton fabric fills like a dollar store hat: I expected it to be of much higher quality (as per numerous 5 stars' reviews). Cool alpine camo pattern thou.

Fits comfortably and looks clean. Good ventilation out the back. Got many compliments from coworkers at work who have to wear ugly black caps provided by the company.
