I first tried Oxy-Powder back in February. I had a candida problem which was causing reoccuring yeast infections every month. A little back history. In April 2016, I got my very first yeast infection. I used the three day over the counter yeast infection treatment ;it worked and the yeast infection went away. In July, I got a second yeast infection. I went to the gynecologist and was given fluconazole. I got relief a day after taking the pill, however the next month it was back again. After reading that this was common online and not wanting to spend more money on copays and paying my deductible I did not go back to the doctor. This continued every month until February 2017. In September 2016, I started taking a probiotic every day (the Renew Life Women's 90 billion). This definitely helped with my yeast infections (they became much milder than the first three I had) and digestive system, but I was still getting them every month. I used the probiotics both orally and vaginally. At the end of December, I decided to try the Garden of Life women's 85 billion probiotics and Yst management (digestive enzymes). This definitely helped too and became even more mild. In February I was due for my yearly check with the Gynecologist, so I went talked to her about my reoccuring infections. She sent in a swab and the lab confirmed it was yeast infection. She wrote me a prescription for Terconazole which is a seven day vaginal cream. I used this and I'm not sure it really helped as I still had some external vaginal after using it for seven nights. Probably a week after using the Terconazole cream I did the Oxy-Powder seven day cleanse and used the probiotics that came with the colon cleanse kit. I took three first night and nothing happened. Then I took four. I went once or twice. Then I tried six and this was the magic number to achieve three to five movements a day. I really didn't change my diet during the cleanse as I'm a primarily vegetarian (I eat a little fish every now and then) and eat pretty healthy. The next month (March) no yeast infections came and has stayed that way. Oxy-Powder also helped with my hand eczema. It wasn't until I took Oxy-Powder that I realized I had several food sensitivity that were causing some of my flare ups. Since then I limited/stopped eating fruits /vegetables in the nightshade family, gluten, and am trying to eat very little pre-packaged foods. I continue use oxy powder one a week or once every other week as a mantience dose if I am bad and eat a food that causes an eczema flare up which I have recently learned is called dermatitis herpetiformis (caused by a gluten sensitivity) or my digestive system slows down. Other benefits having a regular potty schedule first thing in the morning before leaving for work and then usually after lunch. As others mentioned clean up is also very easy after the cleanse;one or two wipes take care of the job. I would highly recommend trying Oxy-Powder. I would encourage you to buy it first directly from Global Healing as they have a six month return policy if you are not happy with the results. This pill will make you go to the restroom. I would recommend taking two at night right before bed. Make sure you eat a little something, it gave me slight indigestion (1/10). Not much, but something to mention, but I have a sensitive stomach. You will need to use the restroom about three times throughout the day until 1 PM. If you take three pills. It does not cause me to burp up a smelly burp. I did have more energy, because I wasn’t constipated.

Like most colon cleanser reviews, the content below shouldn't be read while having a meal. I believe that the most important points are 1. Level of cramping pain, 2. Time between taking and the bowel movement, and 3. the characteristics of the waste that is pushed out, all of which I touch on here. I've tried another colon cleanse supplement before this one and can say that this is different and much better. I do periodic cleanses to detoxify due to a certain health condition. In addition to this, I take a couple of medications and read that meds can negatively affect digestion. I also wanted to improve my intestinal system's ability to absorb nutrients and after reading a recommendation in a health forum, decided to give this a try. This product is different in that it uses oxygenation biochemical actions to move/clean out the colon. In effect it doesn't just move waste out, it seems to dissolve the waste that adheres to colon walls, which is then pushed out. When I used the another product, I had level 8 abdominal pain/cramps roughly 3 hours after taking a recommended dose signaling an urgent trip to the restroom with cramps as I'm forcing solid waste out. This Oxy-Powder's oxygenation effects result in only slight to no cramping 6-8 hours later and the bowel movements are in liquefied form. The release isn't painful, but instead quick and effortless. Since it did come out pretty much pulverized and liquefied, I did have to get to the bathroom as soon as possible when I felt the urge to go. I took four capsules before bed and I go shortly after waking up. I would have to go again roughly 4-7 hours later but not unpredictably or numerous times. Therefore, 1 dose is less painful, requires less effort, and doesn't result in a fully disrupted day at work due to unpredictable urgent trips to the restroom. What's neat about this product is that if I took less than 4 capsules per dose, then the results vary; 2 capsules yielded softer solids coming out during bowels movements (not messy). So depending on one's preference, you can adjust the dosage for amount and consistency of waste removal. I did this for 7 days and took a probiotic to get my digestive system up to par. Felt more energy as the days went by. I felt lighter and "cleaner" as well. I had improved digestive processes in terms of my stomach's uptake of nutrients as I felt a stronger effect from meds that I currently take. Highly recommend. This is something I always keep on hand. It’s highly effective and fairly easy to do. You most definitely want to make sure you’re home or in a comfortable environment before you take this, and depending on your situation, it could take a few days, but trust that what needs to come out will come out! It’s a huge pain relief which results in more energy and better mood/sleep. There is no taste if you swallow the pills whole but for those that have trouble swallowing pills (one dose is 4 pills) the contents can be mixed with milk or juice and that might have a taste. I first discovered Oxy Powder about a year and a half ago. I still make sure to have a bottle on hand at all times. That in of itself should speak to its efficacy. For chronic constipation sufferers, we know that what works for a while may not work longterm. We get relief for a while from something, but inevitably it seems to stop working. That has NOT been the case with Oxy Powder (hence me maintaining a bottle at all times). I’ve read many of the reviews and I want to address many of the negative reviews as they all have one thing in common: User Error. There are a few key things that you MUST DO in order to get the most from this product: 1. If using it as a “cleanse”, you MUST watch your food consumption. Heavy meals and cleanses don’t jive. Eating light, little amounts of flesh, reducing if not eliminating dairy, lots of high water fruits and vegetables and (at least) 3L of water per day are optimal for true cleansing. At least during the 7-10 days that you’re CLEANSING! You can’t expect to clean your colon if you just keep dirtying it up with bad for you and hard to digest food. Also when you take the Oxy Powder, take with water and follow up with a WARM cup of lemon water. The citric acid will make it work better! It is also imperative that you take this AT LEAST two hours after eating. Longer is preferable. The less food substances that the formulation has to work it’s way through, the more it can address the old junk left behind. And the most important part is being consistent. Don’t try it for two days and then stop because it “didn’t work”. It really is scientifically impossible for this not to work if you’re following the directions. 2. If using as a constipation remedy, lower food intake, increase water intake, and take pills on an empty stomach immediately before bed (with lemon water). Have you ever put hydrogen peroxide on a cut and watched it foam and bubble and expand in size? Well that’s happening in your insides! You have to have a mostly empty stomach to not suffer extreme bloating and nausea. It’s common sense! The reviews that talk about feeling bloated and it not working and feeling nauseas etc....all true. But ALL could’ve been resolved by following the directions to the letter. And understand that water, water, and more water is really the only way for this to work the best. And that is throughout the entire day, not just when taking them. Magnesium works as an osmotic laxative meaning it draws water from the intestines to create bulk and soften stool. You need to extra water to make this truly work. Whenever I feel sluggish or backed up, I usually take 4 of these and am cleared out the next morning. There will be a lot of gas build up that will clear when you go to the toilet. If you’re doing a cleanse, you may experience more gas (this is a good thing). If the gas is just too much for you, take some activated charcoal in the afternoon (several hours before bed) to help with the gas. Cleansing will cause gas. I am trying to do another full cleanse with this (my first round yielded months of regularity, decrease in bloat and pain, and a 17 pound weight loss) but I work nights now and it is difficult. Also to those who gave negative reviews for feeling terrible after taking it and worse for the first few days of taking it, that was supposed to happen!! It’s called detoxing for a reason. You’re dislodging toxic crap from your intestines and allowing your body to clear it as it is supposed to. That toxic crap is bound to make you feel yucky until it’s gone (it has been making you sick to a different degree all along). Headaches, upset stomachs, sinus issues, brain fog.....all are indications that it is working and should pass within a few days. It’s called a “healing crisis”. If you’re following all of the directions, that yucky feeling should pass by day 5. All in all you really should take this product if you suffer from IBS-C, chronic constipation, or want to cleanse for health. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. Nuff said there. I have ranked it 4/5 because there is no half star option or it would be 4.5. The reason for the 0.5 markdown is because I don’t think that the seller does a well enough job of explaining the product and how it works (and what personal accountability is required of the user) so that people don’t become discouraged, sick, and stop. The shipping has also been problematic at times. But the product itself is 5 Stars.

If i could give this 100 stars, I would. My child was suffering from post-norovirus GI disorder. At times it led to severe constipation. Hydration and a high fiber diet were already in place, and still... So, we threw eveything else known to humanity at it: mag oxide, saline enemas, mineral oil enemas, castor oil and mineral oil orally, Miralax, and suppositories. Even went for a colonic, but the dry plug his body created wouldn't budge much. 10 days of pure hell. Found this product and our lives changed. We titrated up to avoid any negative side effects. ● 1st night - 2 caps. Nothing but some gurgling. ● 2nd night - 4 caps. This resulted in 6 smaller BMs the following day. ● 3rd night - 5 caps. Led to 3 BMs by noon. By evening, the plug was gone. And now, I have a happy child filled with energy once again. This product is worth every penny! Be sure to stay super hydrated and you shouldn't cramp. This worked better (and cost 5 times less) than a colonic!!!

This works amazing. My suggestion is starting with 2 and during the next weeks work your way up to 4. This helps clean your entire body, on my second bottle now. Doesn’t have any taste, but the pills are big. I’ve seen it debloat me and help with weight loss.

Can't say enough good about this product. It is very effective. I take it at night when needed and follow the dosing. If you take too much you'll know it. But it has been a help. I haven't experienced any stomach issues with it. Pretty straight forward as far as directions. I buy it often.

As always this cleaner is awesome after next morning boweling felt comfortable stomach, but i recommand when it take be sure next day are on your off working day, it will go for many time for toilet. Unless your work station is just beside toilet.

I have serious issues when it comes to being regular. I have gone 21 days with no relief. I tried this product as a Hail Mary and it works. It didn’t cause stomach cramps or discomfort. My tummy just gurgled and then magic happened. I bought 2 more bottles.
