My body had to get used to it for the first week, so that was sore back and neck for a minimal time, but now, omg this is so comfortable, I've had it about a year now ( I think, maybe more) and it's still super comfortable, no springs have attacked me. I'm lying in it right as I write this review because I really don't want to leave the toasty warm comfort I'm in ( but I want food so I'll have to leave it :'( )I've had no problems, it came in a box in a suction bag, it was heavy but it was easy enough to roll out on the bed and then expand, I turn it round every once and a while so it doesn't wear as quick. I'm super happy with it.

Absolutely fantastic!! Some people spend upto £1,000 on a mattress and this one so comfortable, it supports my back, to shape of my body, but still feeling soft and fully supported - it feels that comfortable that I actually feel like I’m floating - I can’t recommend this enough and for the money - The mattress arrived in a oblong long box, on time within 2 days from date of order, once upstairs I opened the box and pulled the rolled up, vacuum sealed mattress and laid flat onto my bed frame, then gently cut & removed the vacuum seal in plastic wrapping, and then watched the mattress fill with air and the thin hard package slowly expanded by at least three times its size, then my soft clean mattress was born!! 🙏🏽👌 - as you can probably tell, I can’t praise this product enough and the price I paid was an actual bargain!!!!! When the mattress arrived I was surprised to see 2 guys carried it to my door and after reading the box it said 2 man lift 44KgI was sceptical as it was in a box but thought why notSo I did everything it said left it for 72 hours before we slepted on itI’ve never slept so well my normal sleep pattern is awake 3/4 or so times a night but now I go bed and get up at 6am so I’m now getting the 8 hoursWe both love itI do recommend that you get the extra matching memory foam topperCouldn’t buy better

Had for almost a year, so it's had more then enough use, It's still very comfortable, does not feel cheap and I have been pleased with the mattress so far.Easy to set up, roll it out, sit back and watch what happens. :)

Love the mattress. It is quite firm which I do need as I have spinal problems. It's really comfortable and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Firstly this mattress has a quilt like material on the mattress that is extremely hot, soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. It was boiling to sleep on in the winter so i dread to think what it's like to sleep on in the summer.Although i couldn't see damage my mattress must have been damaged because i found it really uncomfortable and painful to sleep on. I got little sleep on it and woke up with pains in my legs, gut, chest and head. After around 10 days i could take no more so decided to return it. Luckily it was "Amazon fulfilled" and they sent Hermes to collect it free of charge the next day (i printed return labels at the library because i have no printer), then the next day i received an email from Amazon to say they had received the mattress and they had issued me with a refund.So a tip for those who purchase this, don't rip up the plastic wrapping that it comes in. Instead look after the plastic wrapping and save it in case you need to return the mattress.

Excellent mattress. I've had this for a few months now and it is still very comfy with no sign of any sagging. It feels like the first day I used it.Arrived vacuum packed so be careful how you open it. (Cutting tool supplied) Didn't notice any odour from mattress.Fully recommended.Would suite adult or child.Price outstanding.

This is fantastic I'm disabled and have be careful what I buy. I read the reviews thought I would take a chance,so glad I did it's really lovely.
