The product worked fine for about 9wks then it suddenly stopped working, it won't charge and it won't turn on

I've got several mods that I've collected. My main ones are a Drag 2, a Topside Dual and a mech. All run RDAs. So, anyone who knows a bit about vaping will appreciate that these are fairly serious bits of kit but not hugely convenient to carry around or use in the car on a longer drive. I got one of these out of curiosity really. The other bits of kit I have take some beating but this little gadget is a definite game changer for me. I don't know if it'll completely replace my others but it is definitely a contender. Very good flavour, decent clouds for a small device and the battery seems to last forever. The only downside is that it's 2ml. I'm used to using drippers and this probably lasts as long as a well built RDA. I've now ordered the bigger pods for it. My other half uses a pen type e-cig. She coughs her lungs up if she tries any of mine. But she tried this and was immediately sold. So we now have 2. I reckon whether you're just starting of a serious vaper who wants something a bit more pocket friendly then this is definitely worth a shot.

Really like this vape. Doesn't leak and gives a really good taste. I've now stopped smoking cigarettes and enjoy vaping. Just a few points, you will need to replace the tanks about every 5 or 6 weeks just because the rubber bung deteriates and won't close but this is normal not a fault. Doesn't leak. I have the chrome and black. After some months I noticed the chrome fade. Not a problem after all it still does the job. I now buy the larger tanks 4ml and it lasts me for the day. And finally. When the batter goes dead and you plug it in to recharge mine shows it has 24 power left but it won't work until I start charging. Again not a big problem for me. You can use the vape while it's charging you just press the button and then press and hold to vape.

I would not recommend this product. It has way too many faults. First 2 weeks was okay then it started to malfunction. It switches off on its own then won’t switch back on then it fires up on its till it burns out. The liquid leaks into the mod. The design is flawed & did not expect this from so called reputable company such as ‘SMOK’ . You would expect to last at least 8 to 12 months. The problem with most positive reviews is that people give high reviews on new products within days or a week of purchase (& dwell on how amazing the delivery was etc ...) Just YouTube SMOK RPM 40 FAULTS and read hundreds of reviews and all seem to be echoing the same issues. Some YouTubers has made videos on how to strip it apart which is rather risky & complex to fix.

Great small device.. I use this with the 1.2 ohm Rpm coils and nic salts 50/50. Really smooth and great cloud production...Only one thing to be aware of is if you take multiple puffs in very quick concession it may start to leak and your coil will burn out... May sound like common sense, but sometimes it's got to be done.. Lol

This is my third time buying this. The first one lasted over 12 months, then stopped working due to liquid in the electronics. The second, only 6 months, then stopped charging. After taking it apart, I noticed the it had burnt out around the charging port, and again was looking like leakage might have caused it. Another issue is the pods, the rubber filler stopper tab will break off, it's done it on all mine, making filling near impossible, and leaving the pod unusable.I would not have bought another, but I had lots of atomizers and pods left, which I didn't want to waste. I'm now taking extra care with this one, removing the pod when not in use.This all may sound a little negative, but I do love these, if it wasn't for the problems they would be a great item, produce lots of vapour with a good taste. They just need to sort out the leakage and the filler issue.
