Very good mix to make feijoada or delicious beans
This is a very decent mix with Brazilian smoked style meats. I really like the smell and flavor (linguiça paio, salted pork belly and my favorite "jerky beef" or "carne de sertão" is included. All you have to do is quickly rinse the meats in hot water, the mix is not very salted which made my job easier. After you rinse the meats, sauteed onions, garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, a splash of vinegar e cilantro. Add the meats and cook it with the beans (pinto or black) and voilá, amazing beans in 1 hour.

This time some of the meats were bitter tasting. Maybe it is better to buy the mix in its separate components
