When I tell you these changed my life I'm not exaggerating. I used to, somewhat often, randomly and suddenly begin feeling bad, like a general sense of unwellness that I couldn't quite pinpoint (not a headache, not a stomachache, not muscles aching, just a vague sense of not feeling good at all).
