Q: Is the cape water proof?

I'm not sure. Hair dye would get on it and be fine so a little water should be fine but no idea about a lot of water.

To be honest I had the same issue. I just tossed it in the trash. Originally I had ordered 2 orders of the 2 pack....so I got 3 out of 4 to be ok. Glad you posted though. Apparently mine wasn’t just a fluke. I was thinking a about ordering again but now.... definately not!!!
