Riiviva Microderm Face Kit

I'm rating this two stars because I did receive the product by the estimated delivery date. I just used the device for the first time today, and it did make my skin smoother, although it doesn't seem to do much more than a good exfoliator. I already have the Foreo Luna 2 and really like it.However, I had a question about how many facial tips I was supposed to receive because it's not clear from the description if the shipment includes two or three facial tips (the photo shows two tips, but the description mentions three). I got two tips, and that's fine, but I wanted to know if I received fine and medium tips or medium and coarse tips because I was thinking of also buying whichever tip that I didn't get. I contacted Riiviva twice by phone (18 and 16 days ago) and by e-mail (8 days ago), and I have not heard back from them. I now wish I had bought a microdermabrasion system from a different company that would be more responsive and have much better customer service.

Am still working on improving my face, neck and chest, it is a slow and continuous process. After 3 weeks of using the Riiviva every three days am finely seeing a improvement to my skin. My husband has recently remarked how smooth my skin feels. I know it will be a on going exercise, so if your considering this product, one must be committed.

I waited to write a review on this product and have been using it for almost a year and absolutely LOVE IT! A few of my friends have bought one, too. I had been spending hundreds of dollars for microderm at a clinic and this machine is definitely worth the price! It is user friendly yet professional grade and my skin shows how happy it is with this product. I'm almost 50 years old and people consistently think that I'm in my 30's. Do not overdo it and some people say they use it every 30 days but my skin seems to like it being done every 45 days or so...more often and my skin broke out and had red, irritated bumps. But everyone's skin is differnt, so you can see how your skin personally responds. Definitely worth the money for sure!

i think there is no need to buy this if you do facial @the salon frequently.i bought it but hardly use it; it can really suck the dirt out of the pores if you use high potential, but then it can be quite hurtful, specially for sensitive skin.as i do facial every month/45days, i don't really see the need to use this.

I have traditionally gone to a dermatologist to get Microdermabrasion treatments, and I have honestly seen the same results than with this product. It is easy to use, easy to clean. practical, compact. Great, great buy. I have had it for about a month now (shipping was seamless) and I have had no issues - and it it WERE to break down at this point, it would have STILL been cheaper than going to the Doctor for regular treatments. I find you get a better result doing it more frequently (on the softest diamond tip) than once a week with a stronger tip. LOVE the product. Very happy to see my acne scars disappear with every treatment!! i am now looking to buy the other types of body and thin tips.

I have used my Riiviva about 4 times. I have started to see a difference in the appearance of my skin. It looks and feels smoother and I see improvement overall. It is especially effective on improving the look of my chest, which has some sun damage. I am looking forward to seeing more results as I continue using it. Definitely worth it!

Don't waste your money. I had this product for less than 18 month, never ran it without a filter, actually changed the filter with every use, and it still died. The manufacturer knows this is an issue, as their support faq lists a free o-ring that is supposed to fix it.Tech support took a week to repond and then asked me to restate everything in my original email - after 3 weeks of 1 reponse per week, I was informed that my $300.00 Amazon purchase was not eligibile for support, and I'm on my own.

It stopped working 2 weeks since I first used it. I had a cyst and it break, with a little fluid ... I believe the was the reason it is not sucking air anymore. :(
