High Quality grease gun! Very simple to use, Comes with every possible combination of accessories you would ever need. The product informationdoes not mention a key feture. This gun can be configured to have the hose, or metal tube come out the top, or out the side of the discharge port. It has two ports, simply remove the allan head plug and move it to the unused port. I purchased this to lube my riding mower, and it is excellent. I have arthoritis and the trigger is not too stiff for me to operate. I like the tip cover for when the gun is not in use. Simply wipe it clean when finished and put the cap on. Keeps your storage area clean. This product is certainly worth the price, which is very reasonable. I highly recomend this product. No issues!

After reading the great reviews for this product I purchased one. In my situation, the gun would not pump grease at all after inserting a new standard grease tube. I tried priming the gun for over a half an hour. When all was said and done, I found that the plunger for the gun was very slightly over sized and would not fit inside the a tube of grease. Even when trying to forcibly push the tube the plunger just would not slide into the tube of grease. I ended up having to push the grease out of the tube into the body of the gun for it to prime and pump. Which worked for a short time, then the thing lost prime or just wouldn't work. I could not get the thing to work again at all. I like the design and seemingly this is a 1 off based on the other reviews. I should have just spent the money on a battery powered name brand.
