If you wet them , they turn dark. I shake the pack until the powders are evenly distributed, then slightly wet them to keep it in place; otherwise it may all lump up in one corner. I have placed them on the back of my hands,and on the back of my neck so far(also the silver ones). I had a fleshy hump on the back of my neck for many years that pretty much disappeared after a few nights of patches. I can actually feel the vertebra now. It will leak a brown sappy substance that is easily washed off with warm water, if not sealed well.

Three months ago, I had terrible foot pain, and swollen ankles. I began using these foot patches, even after reading some disparaging analyses from "experts" (snake oil, it can't work, etc.). I will admit that I am the ultimate consumer and will buy every gimmick just to see if it works. These foot patches REALLY DO WORK!! I have been sleeping better, and I have more energy during the day. At first I thought I was imagining it, but I have gotten them for gifts for numerous people, and they all notice a difference in how they feel. The only thing no one seems to see is the "toxins" lessening as time goes on. They seem to be just as dark as the first day, and we've been using them over a month. However I don't really care if the color lessens, as long as they keep working! Worth every penny!

I rarely write reviews for products, but since a lot of ignorant idiots who dont understand how the human body works, post negative comments, I felt I had to answer because I hate when stupidity challenges or insults my intelligence. I first got introduced to this product by a very good friend of mine, who is a doctor (dermatologist) and an alternative medication expert. Basically he hates pharma companies and suggest only natural products. So am I, so when I saw an ad of this product in a local magazine, I decided to ask him, he told me only good things about the product, and gave it a go. That was the BEST medical advice I've ever got, PERIOD. I cannot stress how satisfied I am with this product. First of all I got it because I smoke a pack a day and needed to detoxify myself. The second reason was because of an accident with my back I have suffered sever pains and as a result gained weight witch again as a result gave me foot cramps. Well, after 4-5 days of using the product the results were: No more cramps, in fact I havent have any cramps since then. Another great positive effect was that I had foot fungi, the yeast infections that people get, when wearing socks all the time, or at the gym. That dissapeared after about 2 months! I have used all kinds of stupid non-working medicines to get rid of that, for years, and with these little patches the fungi in my foot went away! Another possitive result was that that I immediately had better, longer, calm sleep. Like a bird! ZZzzzz. I havent slept that deep for years. Also when I put the patches on my back, I noticed great backpain relief. So, these where mine results, but I can tell you, I have given them to my parents, girlfriend, buddies, relatives, all the people I care about and especially elder people and people that smoke or work in harsh environments. But if you want to take advice from a happy user, give them to people you know that have cancer and go under radiation therapy or take heavy medication. You and they will not believe how freakin effective these little suckers are! I gave it to a friend of mine that had almost every illness a human could get, and she still thanks me for saving her. Do not believe any stupid negative poster, they dont understand that the lymph system that actually carries all the toxins in the body is right under our skin! The product is VERY simple. Japanese are not stupid for using it for centuries. It basically uses OSMOSIS caused by human sweat as a reaction to activate the materials inside the pack to suck the toxins out of the porus skin. Any person that says it doesnt work is either a competitor, an idiot or does not know how to apply them. The only complaint that I have is that the patches could have somewhat larger and better adhesive material to stick on curved areas of the body. Try it everywhere! I works great on neck, back and lower back, feet, arms, etc. I have already bought over 500 of them the last 3 years for me and my friends and everyone is asking me were I got them! Will buy again. I suggest the 100-pack (cheaper).

These detox foot pads are a great product! I use them everynight to rid myself of daily toxins. Also, I fall asleep faster since I've been using them. I feel much better in the mornings and get excited at all the "junk" getting pulled out of my body. I will be a customer for life with this product.

I ordered the Kenrico SUPREME Gold Trmx-3 from Germany, because here in Germany the same article is much more expensive.I used them for 20 days, but I let some days in between without using the adhesives.The 1st interval was 8 days and then 4 days off. I realized an immediate increase of some problems, e.g. I had tremendous headache for more than 3 weeks and nearly no day without pain. After the 1st night the headache was gone and until now (30 days later) it only came back for 1 day. In addition to this I get rid of some minor skin problems on my feet.I slept much better. I realized that the temperature of my feet increased during the night, but without blanket over my feet it was very comfortable.When using Kenrico Gold for several days I need some skin cream like Nivea, because my feet become a little dry. In fact this is the only problem I noticed.I will come back for another order, because I'm really confident of this product!

We use these in our home and we have seen results. I have tried several brands but the price on these are the best I have come across so far.

I ordered detox pads for all my family, and have to say my family like it a lot. My father was bit skeptic about it but in few days of using this detox pads he see the results.The delivery was ok, had to pay over 20eur/per shipping, but still is worth it.
