Exceptional quality. - I deliberated for a couple of months before making the decision to buy. It was a choice of this, a Richeson Sienna or a range of much cheaper options from Meeden. In the end it was a toss up between this large Ugo pochade or the Sienna. The cost of both are comparable by the time you buy the glass pallete and two side trays. The various reviews citing some concerns over quality inspection made me cautious but I needn’t have worried. The build and material quality is more than worth the cost. I was also worried that this might not be big enough, particularly the palette but it’s more than big enough. I’vevattached it to my old camera tripod without any issues and it feels very stable although I might still invest in a heavier tripod at a later date. It is a lot of money but well worth it. I’m in two minds whether I need to get the glass palette as it will add weight but good to know that I can easily swap it out when needed. As you can see from the photos, it has a firm grip on my acrylic paper pad. I’ll report back later once it’s been used but so far very very pleased and glad that I went with this over other options. *update* I’ve since bought the glass palette and side tray which improves and already amazing product. This is what they recommend using for their Pochade Boxes. It also works well with other Pochade Boxes. **Q: what is the panel Capacity? can it go longer than 24in horizontal ?** A: This is for plein air. While the horizontal length is not limited, the weight is. It will be connected to a tripod. So the answer is yes it can and no you shouldn’t. **Q: What are the dimensions of the palette space (interior)?** A: I have the medium size one and the palette that it comes with measures 10.25" x 6.25". The sides of the pochade box due take off a bit of usable space, so its more like 10" x 6". **Q: Greetings. Is anyone using this for watercolor?
