Not quite effective and expensive too
After using the product for a month, did not find any improvement in sleep cycle - both in terms of hours of sleep and its quality. Did not help in calming me down. Being 66 year old, I am aware about sleep disturbances and gave a sincere trial for more than 10 sleeping aid products on Amazon. Yet to find the right supplement.

Calms you down
This medicine is exceptionally good. Very useful if you are stressed. This doesn’t help in falling asleep but definitely calms the mind down letting your body relax.PS: views are personal
