When I baked cakes in these pans, they came out very well.
I did have to wait a little longer than usual for the cakes to cool in these pans, however it was worth the wait.

Best 3 Baking Pans
I must say that these three baking pans are by far the BEST! And, I have had many pans throughout my lifetime. The pans are easy to clean and do not require the use of scouring pads to clean. Simply fill the pans with warm water and begin cleaning with a sponge and/or safe/soft scrub pad.When baking, I do not need to use flour to dust the bottom to ensure the baked goods won't burn or stick. My baked goods have not burned at all. If you are thinking about trying these pans, I encourage you to and you will not be disappointed. No non stick surface and no off smells while baking. I will buy more of these pans.

I've only used this set once so far and it exceeded my expectations.

Simple, but perfect
Exactly what I needed to bake 3 perfectly even cake layers for decorating. Used parchment on the bottom, Baker's Joy spray on the sides and Wilton cake strips around the outside. The uniform pans allowed me to use the scale to get exactly the same amount of batter in each pan for perfectly even, flat layers that slipped right out of the pans when cool.

A Great Deal!
These pans bake as good as they look. Cakes bake beautifully and come out even. I wish they were able to stack, but I just put them back in their plastic bags, then back in the box for storage. Easy. Pleased with purchase!

Conducts heat evenly
Best all around cake pan. Conducts hest evenly. High quality product. Great for layered cakes! Easy to clean. Unfortunately they do not stack well so they do take up more storage space.
