Great on sardines, I wish they had the big bottle of this

Good, Not Great
Had this with some smoked mackerel fillets and small sardines on toasted bread with some butter+can oil and capers It was delicious, but this was barely detectable in the mix. So, scientific method begged to have it standalone on both proteins - very subtle. Maybe will try the habanero version next time but may not return to this as a simple cayenne pepper sauce usually does the trick for me.
