First set arrived with faults in the surface finish. Amazon don't give you the option to exchange so we had to send back for a refund and then order again. 2nd set was fine. The toilet role holder secures great to the wall but the towel rail moves slightly no matter how much it's tightened.

The whole product is made of metal not a bit of plastic in sight. It is robust, easy to clean, and is fit for purpose. The fixing method is a wall plate made of metal fixed by two screws and wall plugs. The main components are attached to the rigid wall plate using an Allen screw. Fully recommended.

These are of good quality and look good in bathroom. I was impressed with the quality and easy to install. Highly recommend
