In my opinion, this is a great natural product to help with any chronic inflammation issues you might be experiencing. My doctor recommended it to me and I have been using it for three years now. It is not an instant cure all, however after a month or so, I believe it has definitely helped with my issues. If you have chronic inflammation of the prostate, it seems to work very well at elimination the condition or maybe it just keeps it in check. I would also recommend this product for possible minor arthritis conditions.

For the last two years I had been taking Natures Bounty Hemp + Joint comfort. It was incredible but unfortunately Natures Bounty took it off the shelves. Pain came back. So I wanted to imitate the ingredients from Natures Bounty to another supplement. I found this. It doesnt include Hemp so I'm taking that seperetely but started these and almost gave up on them after a week because the joint pain was still there..but little by little its getting a whole lot better. The pills are a bit on the big side, but I halve them and have no problems. I keep taking what works and this works for me. Give it time though.

Very good quality and effective. I used to take 2 caps 2-3 times a day, then gradually my body healed and I stopped taking it. Recently, because of some work related stress, I started taking 1 caps as needed and it still works great: makes me calm, balanced, clear minded. I always have this supplement in my medicine cabinet.
