This review is for the light colored ones:Because I ordered the other ones in the wrong size, I decided to follow their size chart this time. I should have listened to that voice inside my head that said it didn't seem right. The other ones were 2 sizes up from these.... These are definitely too tight. The whole time I needed the size between the size the black ones were and the size these were. Ugh!!! Why do so many clothing manufacturers have inaccurate size charts?! I see this All. The. Time!So I have to return these and get in the correct size. I hate returning things like underwear because obviously I need them and now I have to wait even longer... because their size chart isn't accurate... sigh.My original review had 5 stars, but I took a star away because of their size chart issue. If it had been correct all along, I would have had the right size the first time. I was right when my inner voice told me not to trust the chart.This review is for the black ones:So, my bad, I ordered a size too large, however, I'm not returning them because they are super comfortable! Next order I went down 2 sizes and I'm waiting on them to arrive.I have a huge problem with wedgies! No matter who made the underwear or if they are bikini or brief or whatever, it happens all.the.time.!!! Not with these, though, and that's why I'm not returning them even tho these are a bit loose... but because they are cotton, I'm hoping they will shrink just a little bit and they'll be fine. I'm putting them in dryer on purpose to shrink hopefully... fingers crossed.I will review the correct size when I get them, but right now I will say I am happy with these. They are soft, the colour didn't fade when I washed them, and they are COMFORTABLE.

I am amazed at the nice quality of this set of Amazon Essentials bikini briefs which are made in Sri Lanka. The fabric is nice, the stitching is good, the garment sizes are standard as they should be, they look nice, and they run true to size. You do have to be careful to hang them to dry or lay flat (directions say to lay flat) after washing. They are worth the extra effort, considering how hard it is to find good quality cotton underwear today, and at this cost no less! I washed mine on a quick wash using our Southern temperature tap water (not warm or hot water) in washing machine and then hung most to dry. I did put two in the dryer for about 2 minutes before hanging and did lay 2 pr. flat to dry just to see if there was any difference. They all looked the same the next morning. Due to 95% cotton, putting them in clothes dryer would not be advisable even if recommended. I always hang my underwear to dry anyway, along with cotton tops, and some other clothes. I even dry heavy clothes such as blue jeans for only about 6 or 7 minutes and then hang them to dry. They last forever that way. I'm pleased with the quality of Amazon's basic essential bikinis, plan to buy another set just to have in reserve, and am sure to pass the word.12/18/2022 Update: Just for size reference I'm currently 137 lbs., 5' and 1" tall, have excess weight in stomach and seat, wear medium or sometimes a small in leggings, and wear 10 in stretchy pants and 12 in pants that run small or have little stretch. Amazon Essentials Cotton Bikini in XL fit me well.12/20/22 Update: Just received a 6 pair set of same items. As with the prior pairs, the colors remain stable when washed on a cool temperature. After washing, I tested them by letting them tumble dry for just a few minutes, curious to see if that would at all be viable. As soon as the dryer was warm (warm air inside, but the top of the dryer not yet warm), I put them in wet. I counted 38 drum turns and then stopped the dryer. The actual cotton body stayed fine, but the waist band material and the band around the legs were just starting to shrink/curl/pull. It's clearly necessary to use the air-dry setting if putting them in the dryer, unless you want to risk ruining them. This underwear is tag free, with brand, care, and other information printed on the back top of each item. The print is dark and does show a little through the back of some of the prints. I really like this underwear and wouldn't hesitate to purchase additional pairs.

I HATE buying drawers. Like I really, really hate it. I have a behind that has been touched by the wonderful laws of gravity....so I I have a hard time finding a good fit especially with cotton. Another thing I hate.... anything but bikini cut.... especially cotton anything.To my amazement these are GREAT 😃They are soft with just enough stretch through the body and the bands around the legs and waist are not scratchy (like most other brands, even the "good ones).I am in the midst of the wonder and joy called menopause and breathability is very very important to me....guess what ....they are!The prints are cute and solids are, well, solid.I give these an A++++

For reference, I am 5'3 and 116 lbs, and I ordered these in Medium. They are comfortable and breathable. They seem to run a little bit on the smaller side but I've found that every underwear brand's sizing ranges wildly so it's not necessarily a con. Cotton also just gives less stretch but maybe over time, they'll loosen up a bit. If you're someone who is sensitive to your clothing feeling slightly restricting, I would recommend you go up a size in these. Each pair is made well, especially for the price, and there is no variance in quality or sizing from pair to pair. I will update my review later on about how well they hold up. Overall I'd purchase again.

Long story short; the laundry machine completely ate my delicates last wash. I needed to quickly get a ton of them and this came in clutch! Getting bulk underwear for not an insane price made me extremely happy since womens underwear is so expensive for no reason??? I just needed practical underwear in bulk which was already kind of hard for me to find at a good price. These are comfortable but I can definetly tell these are cheaper as they feel like they are a wee bit thinner than other cotton underwear I have bought. Obviously not sheer or unwearable, but they are comfortable but just feel a little thinner than normal. Pleasantly surprised with this purchase.

Es la tercera vez que las compro. Son resistentes, no se encojen, y lo mejor de todo es que son súper cómodas. Quien ha comprado en "women secret" o "victoria secret" saben que la calidad no es la mejor, a unos cuantos meses te quedas sin liga o se rompen, realmente son muy costosas. Pero con Amazon Basic eso no te pasará, realmente son las mejores que he comprado a un súper precio.

All round perfect in terms of comfort, cut, quality and affordability! I've even bought a whole bunch more to use in future as I want these to be my forever panties. The only thing I don't like is the overly large Amazon printed on label inside the panties - honestly it's really over the top and very unsexy - they may as well have added a bar code just so you remember that your arse belongs to the behemoth lol!

Love these so much! They are incredibly comfortable, and they are still in great shape after several washes. Note that they are a bit bigger than what I'm used to. I ordered mediums. I added a comparison picture with my usual medium size underwear displayed above the Amazon ones.

These are a (better) dupe for the Calvin Klein Form bikini. I bought both to compare. Both Amazon & CK have the same fabric composition (95% cotton, 5% elastane) and same cut. However, the Amazon pairs are superior because they do not have a tag - the CK have a huge tag sewn into the seam that cannot be removed without ruining the stitching. As well, the seams on the Amazon pairs seem superior/more durable. You get 4-5 pairs of the Amazon underwear for the price of 1 pair of the CK underwear!

Me han encantado, de echo he vuelto a comprar otro pack. Son super cómodas, quedan super bien, no quedan muy bajas, solo un poquito más abajo del ombligo. Yo tengo una talla 44 y me pedí como talla en US la XL o sea la 2XL en España. El tacto es genial!!! Muy contenta con ellas la verdad.
