I wish I had found this brace years ago! It has totally turned my life around, allowing me to enjoy sports (specifically, hockey) again at 45 years old. I am not a professional athlete by any means, but I love playing ice hockey and I've had more than my fair share of bumps and bruises as well as injuries over the years. Early in my career, I dislocated my shoulder severely, which required multiple surgeries. Eventually I wore down that joint so bad that it had to be replaced with an artificial joint. My shoulder pain was constant (before and after the surgery), and as I got into my 40s, it seemed to get worse, especially when I played hockey or did anything that required using my arms. I wore a sling brace for a while, and it helped, but then I'd get arm pit pain from overuse of that brace. Then I separated my good shoulder last year, so I needed a brace to protect both shoulders and after much research, I settled with this product. At first, when I received the product, I had difficulty figuring out how to put it on (it is tricky), but once I had it on, I could feel that my shoulders felt supported. For the first few games, I tried wearing both my sling and shoulder brace, but eventually stopped using the sling and just used this. It has eliminated all the pain I used to receive while playing hockey (such for example, when people would slash my stick, the vibrations would travel up my arm and into my shoulder as pain, but no longer with this brace). In fact, the pain I'd get after a game or workout has also been reduced due to this brace. And if there's something around the house that will require me exerting effort and using my shoulders, I'll put this brace on, because it really helps keep my shoulder from slipping, and providing it with the support needed. I feel like if I had found this brace years ago, I could have prevented having to replace my shoulder ten years ago. Bottom line, my shoulder will never be 100% again, but this brace has been the closest thing in revitalizing my life and bringing enjoyment back into a sport that I love and thought I'd have to give up due to pain. I can't give it enough stars, because I feel much happier in my life now that I can continue sport activities without enduring adverse pain.

I originally purchased this product because I have pain behind my right shoulder blade area, on my upper back. I don't have shoulder issues, but I was desiring to find a brace that would offer more support to my upper back. I'm a hula hoop entertainer. During my shows I'm constantly using my shoulders and back. Overall, this brace helped to support my upper back. It felt like I was less likely to get injured while doing activities. If you do have shoulder problems, I could see this brace could potentially be challenging to get on. Fitting the brace without the help of another person requires some shoulder and back movement, which could potentially aggravate an injury. Since I don't have a shoulder problem, I don't have to worry about that as much. Overall for my situation, I find use in this brace. Make sure you get the correct size. Don't guess, actually measure the circumference of your chest following the size chart before buying. This brace is a tight and snug fit.

First of all, the product looks like it could provide good shoulder support, and I really liked the design. I wanted to give it a try, but unfortunately it did not fit me. I am a medium-height, average-sized person, and I ordered the Large size. However, it felt much smaller, almost like I had received a Small. Because of the sizing issue, I had to return it. Once I receive my refund, I plan to order the next size up and try it again. If it fits well and works as expected, I will gladly update my review. There are not many reviews for this product yet, and since it is a bit expensive, I wanted to share my honest experience to help other buyers.

I have sprained AC joints in both shoulders and a partial tear in labrum in one shoulder. The trainer at my school helped my find this brace. It arrived a day early from the seller and has been great. Snug, secure feel and supportive. I've felt no limitations when playing hockey with this brace.

I bought this product and I've been looking online for videos and how to wear it for women and there's not even one single video on how to wear it for women. Only for men. I did buy the right size. It's just this company thinks that all the customers don't have busts! So if you decide to be a woman, you won't find any resources online to help you with wearing this shoulder brace with your alien, not belonging to this earth bust.

I have had rotator cuff surgery on one shoulder and dislocated the other multiple times. I wear this when playing football, and its amazing. Great support, keeps me from over-extending and gives me a great feeling of reassurance that it wont be re-injured easily. 2 years with this now and no shoulder issue reoccurrences.

So the brace itself is actually made very well very comfortable and all around I think it's a fantastic shoulder brace. But my issue with this is how I look when wearing the double shoulder brace. For man wearing this it almost looks as if I'm wearing football shoulder pads with breasts and that's why I feel so odd I would have to wear a shirt over top of the shoulder pads to even wear in public and even then it squeezes my pecks to where my nipples are showing on the shirt. I would love to try the single shoulder braces because they are very comfortable and have a good fit. So my recommendation is to buy a single one unless you have to have the double but overall good quality and will accomplish what they were meant for.

If you are a woman that has breath of anything more than medium sized breast - this shoulder support will be incredibly uncomfortable.

like a lot of other reviews have said. this brace doesn't stay in place. It rides up your armpits and is pretty much useless unless you're not moving, which of course, defeats the purpose
