Yum, yum, yum!!
You can not have a Cuban sandwich without Matouk’s Calypso sauce. My absolute favorite.

One of my favorites
I would say this is a 4.5 star sauce but I can't vote that way so I gave it a 5 since I more than "like it". I think I can honestly say I love it, it's just not perfect because it goes with certain things better than other due to the mustard base. Sriracha is probably still #1 because of it's versatility but matouk's calypso sauce is right up there as long as you put it on the right things. This isn't really a flaw but just the nature of the hot sauce. as it stands it's still not 100% versatile but I wouldn't want to be without it ever again. I recommend it for pizza, fried chicken, and as of today it's fantastic on egg/potato salad and I assume deviled eggs as well. Great stuff.

Matouk's Medium
I love the Matouk's sauces for great flavor & heat. I rate this one a Medium heat on their scale of sauces.

So good!!!
We bought this as a suggestion from a friend for eating with a Toboggan chana masala dish, but we're using on a lot more! The biggest surprise was loving it on blueberry pancakes! It packs enough of a punch that even the hottest spice lovers will enjoy it!

Hands down favorite Matouk's or otherwise!
I've tried all of the Matouk's sauces, and this one is clearly my favorite, especially on pork, beef, chicken. People might prefer the papaya based one for seafood, or for just something a little sweeter. My frig is empty without it.

Like it !
Whooh! It's hot and I love hot sauce. Reminds me a little of siracha but without that weird sweet taste of siracha that I'm not a fan of.
