VERY CONVENIENT.
Had a weeks hospital stay...these were always available in the patient kitchen.Very convenient. Tasty enough.Great to keep on hand for sugar crashes.... Read the nutritional info if you have weight issues...I will buy them for home use as I am hypoglycemic and these give almost instant remedy.1/2 of a jammy does the trick for me.Great for travel snack.
