Will this fit a 2019 f150 STX?

Idk I know this product will not fit on receiver of a 2017 Silverado take a look at your receiver check for welds close to beveled edge of receiver need approx 1 1/2 in clearance to fit around receiver I have included pic to show what I am talking about

If I wire these up to a trailer Connector, will they only come on when I put the vehicle in reverse?

I wrired mine using red and white wire using a 7 prong trailer connector. They work perfect! I conected together the red wires from the lights with the red wire from the trailer connector (note: red wire for reversing). Then, I connected together the black wire from the lights to the white wire from the trailer connector (note: white wire for ground). When I am reversing the lights turn on. Also, if I open the doors the lights will turn on too. I got 2 more under my truck facing the running boards. They are connected to the same wires. Once, I open any door, the lights will turn on. I love them. Exactly what I was looking for.

Will this fit a 2007 ford explorer eddie bauer edition factory stock hitch? if not is there easy work around?

I don't know what kind of hitch the Explorer comes with. But my Chevrolet Colorado Hitch has a collar around the end facing the rear. I went to the front end of my receiver and there wasn't a collar there and the mounting bracket slid right on and I tightened it down and it works just fine. It also keep the lights from being knocked around.

Can you wire these up with some type of plug that plugs in to where the trailer plug goes?
