Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Round Cake Pans, 2 Piece Set, 7 x 3 Inch

I've only used the smallest one so far, the 6 inch. lined the bottom, sprayed the pan, and I was thrilled with the result. No sticking, came out tall, lovely!! Clean up was a breeze. I really love the heaviness of the pans. I will not put them in the dishwasher.

I use this in a 6-quart Instant Pot for making cakes, breads and other dessert-type items. The Instant Pot cooks with steam and so items "baked" in the Instant Pot often have a moister texture than those baked in a conventional oven. It works really well for this purpose - I never have problems with food sticking to the pan and it's easy to clean.My only warning is that because this pan is made from aluminum, you can't run it through the dishwasher and certain types of acidic foods - for example, lasagna with tomato sauce - can react with the metal if left to sit in the pan for a long period of time (more than a few hours).

perfect size for the smash cake that my amazing wife made for our friend's child birthday party. he smashed it, they all loved it and my wife got the accolades for being generally awesome. (cuz' she is.)

I haven’t used them yet but they look very sturdy. I think they will be very good pans

I’m not a professional baker. I bake for fun and stress relief. Lol. My family and friends loves my pastries. I’m thankful for that. Anyway, I didn’t own good pans and while researching came across this brand. Ended up buying different ones from Amazon and homegoods. Absolutely love them. Good investment. Worth every penny.

Bought these to make a two layer cake, and turned out perfectly. Cake was to remove and pans cleaned easily. Would definitely purchase again.
