Worked well for a basic cake mix
It was cheap and tasted better than regular store brand ones that I have tried. Cake came out fluffy and not chemical taste/ cheap taste. Texture was good. Appearance was good. Quality was better than expected. I would definitely get this box again and recommend it to others.

Made it without eggs or oil
I am inherently a lazy baker so when I saw this vanilla mix, I thought yeah, I'd like to try it but I don't do eggs or extra oil for health reasons. Okay, so I got it, the mix smelled great and then I made my adjustments, expecting El Floppo because that's what typically happens when I keep eggs out of a recipe (even if adding Egg Replacer). So my adjustments were: 3/4 cups of soy milk, 1/2 cup plus more if needed of boiling hot water, 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, a squeeze of lemon and a cup of blueberries. Absolutely no oil.I mixed the wets well in one 9 inch round pan. I then added the dry mix. I kept adding hot water until I got a good consistency. This is hard to explain, but a little thinner than a thick creamy soup. If you have a trained cake eye, that will help. I let the batter sit for five minutes. I then stirred in the blue berries and put that one 9 inch round pan in the preheated oven (a toaster oven). It rose beautifully with a nice golden mound. What? Huh? Tasted great, a little bit too sweet for my taste, but the acid and blueberries help balance it out a bit. So either the Baking Elves were with me that day or this is a great mix for make some adjustments! If only I could reduce that sugar, but we all know that sugar is part of structure in a cake. I'll def be buying this again for that one pan cake.

Versatile!
I used around half box, and I added some almond extract to the mix. I also used the Happy Belly avocado oil. And I put some sliced almonds on top, before baking. Also from the Happy Belly brand. The cake rose beautifully, and the almonds were perfect. After that I added some โteaโ, made of more almond extract and a little bit of manuka honey. And because the cake was hot, the result was absolutely amazing. Like a mini birthday cake. It was perfectly moist. I used an 8โ round mold. The next dayโฆ still amazing. The best time to add the liquid is when the cake is hot. Definitely a good kitchen staple, with better quality and ingredients from other brands. Thanks Amazon ๐๐ผ!

Nice cake!
Nice yellow cake, good flavor and crumb. Makes a sheet cake only about 1" thick. When I made the chocolate I decided to use an oval baking dish it would make a thicker cake. The chocolate was amazing! Best box cake mix I ever used. Came out super moist, tasted homemade. Would definitely buy again

Decadent chocolate cake ๐ ๐ฅฎ
Wow, this chocolate cake was a hit! Everyone wanted seconds. Lol I substituted veg oil with coconut oil from trader joes and it tasted awesome! So moist and delicious! I baked for the min time in a 9x13 glass pan. Perfection! Get it, it's better than your grandma's!

Okay
Good flavor but did not rise well.

Tasty.
I used two boxes in an 11x13 cake pan. I added coffee and milk for the liquid and it really enhanced the flavor. I would suggest adding a little bit of vanilla bean paste to the mix as well. I used homemade cream cheese icing to frost.

Great taste and easy to make
Bought to make cupcakes and I was pleasantly surprised. They taste good and have a great texture, just the right amount of moisture. The part that really pushed me to 5 stars is the consistency of the batter was amazing, there were no clumps after 30 seconds of mixing, I loved that aspect as other box cake mixes can be almost impossible to get all the clumps.
