**Q: About how many are in the 16 oz package**
A: I figure 150....The package does not read how many in the package but it reads 15 servings per package if you eat 5.  I love these and they are easy to freeze then t h aw to use anytime.

**Q: Are the wrappers paper thin or nice and thick, as the thickness of an egg noodle?**
A: Paper thin. However, when I make wontons, I use two wrappers instead of one.

**Q: Can you freeze wonton wrappers**
A: it says you can freeze or keep refrigerated. Freeze when you plan to use later. Refrigerated when you plan to use it very soon.

**Q: are these gluten free?**
A: No.
