Wow. A beast of a frame. But some assembly required!
What a fantastic climbing frame. Keeping my two boys (3 and 5) entertained for hours. Various parts of the frame have different challenges for different age groups. The scramble net and rope ladder keeps my 5 year old challenged and the wall climb and high bridge keeps the 3 year old coming back for more. There is a little picnic table and all the various things like steering wheel, periscope, telescope and is fantastic. My boys have named to frame and also each tower as well!It take up quit a bit of floor space. It recommends 2 meter around the frame. I thought that I could make do with a slightly smaller area, so I've gone for 10m by 7m and it fits in that size quite nicely with the swing frame tucked up a bit closer to the edge. Levelling the ground is very important as the frame freestands to begin with and you have to attach each tower together and the levels need to be quite precise otherwise some of the pieces won't fit together or will overhang.I managed to build it single handed. I'm certainly no DIY expert but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I am stronger than average, so in places I can certainly see that two people would be needed. Especially moving the assembled towers into precise position, or putting the bridges up.There is a lot of sanding you will need to do to smooth out the edges. Most of the wooded pieces are rough cut at the edges (although the long sides are smooth). Why is it not 5 stars. The package was 1 missing piece of wood, and there were several incorrect sized pieces in the pack. Coincidentally, the pallet the frame came on had a piece exactly the same dimensions as the missing piece, and I was able to cut down the incorrectly sized pieces with a circular saw. But still a little bit sloppy from the vendor.Overall, though the frame is brilliant and I'm hoping will keep the kids entertained for years.

A must have!
Overall, this is a must have climbing frame - it has kept our 3yr old daughter and her friends occupied for hours!! The integrated picnic table, the sand pit, the corner shop are all great fun on top of the torrents, bridges, slide and multiple climbing points. It is a solid and well constructed item. The self build aspect was good fun; it did take time two full weekends, but I imagine two people could get it done in a weekend. There are no written instructions but the picture guides are excellent. All of the items were well packed and delivery was much quicker than suggested, arriving within 2 weeks of ordering. It is a great addition to the garden.

Lots of fun all in one place.
A great climbing frame, my 4 year old loves it. Excellent service from Wickey too when we had to replace one of the beams that was fracked through. Would recommend this product.

Some assembly required
This arrived yesterday, on 2-pallets. I know it's listed as assembly required, but what I didn't realise is it's complete assembly required! This means all the planks have to be drilled first, there are not 2-pieces fitted together, you have to assemble the rope bridges even the swings! I especially liked that included were two rolls of blue and yellow material and handy cutting diagram to cut out the plastic coverings. I estimate if I go out and build some every evening it might just be finished before my children go to university.

Good, strong climbing frame - great customer service
Climbing frame:Good, strong climbing frame. Looks same as in the picture.Note: Doesn't come with ground anchors. There are instructions on the sellers website which anchors to buy. I bought H-type anchors which was probably an overkill but it makes the frame very stable.Assembly:I didn't find it difficult to assemble but there is quite a lot of pieces to put together. Comes with pictorial instruction manual. I managed to assemble most of it alone - but two people are preferable.Customer service:Some boards arrived cracked and one pole had cracks as well. I contacted the seller and they sent replacements which arrived in a week time. This repeated three times as I didn't discover all of the cracked wood initially. I actually made a mistake and asked for wrong pole to be sent. I contacted the customer support again and they resent correct pole as well - no questions asked. Great customer service!
