MOR/RYDE MORryde TV40-001H Slide-Out and Swivel TV Base Mount

I used this to mount a 42 inch TV in the front of my RV. I was upgrading the TV from an old glass 32 inch one to a flat screen. This lookEd like the best bracket to utilize the old cabinetry and do a minimum of modification to my motorhome. It was easy to install and fairly sturdy. It would be ideal in a home installation where are you might push the TV back into the cabinet and close the doors to hide it. I believe my TV is bigger than what it was recommended for and it still was ok. It was with him within the weight capacity of the bracket however. If they had a larger version of this bracket I would’ve purchased it.The company was very helpful, I purchased one that probably had been returned on Amazon and the hardware was missing. The company sent it out to me immediately.The TV rides on ball bearing rollers and moves in and out smoothly.

Bought this for our travel trailer. We have a 2007 Jayco so it is set up with a corner cabinet for a box TV. We are using a 28" flat screen TV. Installation was pretty simple as long as you had a drill and seems very secure so far. Will update if we have any problems after we travel. We bought the scratch and dent version for $93 and no issues at all-came with all parts and supplies so we feel like we got a great deal!

I have an older wall unit with book shelves built in with a center box for what was intended to be an older box tv. It has those sliding folding doors. Not good for new flat screens as the tv stand in order to sit on the recessed riser only allows the tv front to be about 8" from flush of the front cabinet surface. This obscures the screen from side room viewing. With this mor ryde stand you canMount the tv and use the horizontal arm to be flush with the front of the wall unit. People are amazed at the result. It really looks like the tv is floating in the center of the wall unit. Takes a little measuring but the result is fantastic for this situation.

What can I say...when I first received it I couldn't conceive how perfect the installation is. I replaced an old tube TV in the bedroom of my RV. I did not want to lose the space of the TV.After installing this mount it is perfect and sturdy and in locked position had no issues with the RV...I feel like a professional TV installer ..without this mount I would have had to retrofit the old TV box. Now I have a professional looking install with the ability to pull the TV out and swivel and have access to the storage behind the TV.

This is actually the perfect mount to use to install my flat screen TV in a wall cabinet. If only... Unfortunately, all the bad reviews are right, the slide in slide out arm does not fit well into it's housing. Thought maybe I would get lucky and get one of the ones that actually fit right. (There are a few reviews out there like that.) I got it partially in and cannot move it one way or the other. Once mounted the TV is crooked. I can probably remedy this easy enough. In order to install the mount to the back of my Samsung TV I had to make a trip to the store to get the right size screws. There are more than enough screws included in the kit. Way too many actually. The only ones I needed were the ones to mount the unit to my cabinet. Disappointed, but not entirely.

I used this mount for a new 50" LCD TV that is a bit too wide for the old style enclosure in the wall unit in my house. For a large TV like this, the MOR/ryde TV1008H Adapter Plate for larger VESA pattern is also required to fit the back of a larger TV. It was easy to install and mount.The first unit I received had a similar problem as a previous comment, the sliding horizontal bar was a tight fit into the vertical bracket and would not slide after I hammered it in. One quick call the MOR/ryde and they immediately sent me another unit with no extra charges. It works exactly as I planned and the customer service from MOR/ryde is outstanding.

This mount was used in a cabinet in a vacation house. I was going to make something similar but found this while cruzing the Internet., I need something that would mount to the cabinet and allow the tv to pull out and be able to swivel . It worked awesome . The Internet and cable installer liked the idea and unit he ordered one while installing our cable he also called another installer as it seems there were a few customers asking for something like this product.

Comes with all hardware necessary to fit any size TV, and the mounting plate has a wide range of height and tilt adjustments. Also, with the arm fully extend and locked the pivot rotates nearly 90 degrees each direction from front facing position.
