The item is a little wobbly, and I got white instead of rose gold. But it is worth the money and it makes me happy. Clever feature to have bottle opener on the bottom, however, I’m afraid to use it and break the piece.

It's plastic on the inside. As long as you dont have your kids go in 50 times for a toothpic it'll be fine. I gave mine as a gift. She loved it.

I bought this as a silly gift for a friend who collects Faberge eggs. It actually looks better than I thought it would. I needed to fasten the top on better because it had come off. It works great. It came packaged in a flimsy box with clear plastic show front, the kind you see in dollar stores. The clear plastic had been damaged. This cheap box was then packaged inside one of the padded envelopes instead of a cardboard shipping box. I really can’t believe that it arrived in one piece with how poorly it was packed. That being said, it is a very cute little toothpick holder.

It is quite large considering what it does, but who cares? If you are going to get toothpicks, why not get them in style? Deducted one star because it can be finicky, doesn’t hold a lot of toothpicks for its size, and looks a tad cheap (but not dollar-store cheap). I should have gotten one for our White Elephant Christmas party. My teenagers think it’s awesome. We will use it daily.

It’s ornate and pretty. 🤪 It doesn’t match my decor in general but it works with the colors in my dining room just fine. It’s probably the most ornate item in the room, which might be a little odd, but I like it anyway.I do wish it would hold slightly longer toothpicks better. I like decorative ends on toothpicks. If I’d purchased the regular double-ended toothpicks, it would hold more at once. I just fill it with less picks and close it more carefully. So, If you plan to open and close it every day, I’d recommend the short, regular types of toothpicks.I mostly use toothpicks for checking doneness of cakes, etc. when baking and for the random person who actually wants to use a toothpick. In my life, it’s not really a lot of toothpicks, but if I have to look at them, at least they’re held in something pretty now!Four stars only because it doesn’t hold my preferred (slightly longer) toothpicks as well as regular toothpicks. Otherwise, I have had no issues so far.
