Worth the troubles as it's not a perfect solution
The product works as a replacement for the OEM key shell. It challenging to remove the transponder from the original key housing and to clean to fit this replacement unit's allotted space. Then after days of testing this new shell's fitment, this sometimes opens unintentionally when starting the Camry even after its a solidly closed tight. The only solution is to glue the shell shut in place so when others used the key it doesn't fall apart and lose the little button pieces.But it still a much cheaper solution than recutting a new key billet!!

screw doesn't screw
the screw that came with key doesn't screw in tight just drop in. So key moves around in fob, which made it difficult when removing key from ignition

Not for TC
Didn't fit my Scion key tightly, had to epoxy in place. The electronics didn't fit int the case, had to grind it out to fit the remote package, and then when the case is closed the car horn alarm starts and the case has to be disassembled to stop it. Threw it in the garbage! Did keep the small screwdriver included, so it wasn't a total loss!

A-material is your normal flimsy plastic but for its price its ok. and just like any keys with plastic eventually they brake or wear out.

Cheap knockoff
It didn't fit on my Toyota Camry 2007 I spent 8 dollars for nothing.

Does not fit 08 Scion Tc
Does not fit Scion TC key.. 2008... The joke and key blade do not line up, and cannot close the case.
